Investigation of track and field as a teaching material in university physical education

Abstract:An investigation and research was held to be directly against on the phenomenon that there is a great deviation between two great areas of track and field for a long time. One is that track and field exercises have been looked as contents of ordinary universities'P.E pedagogy, the other is the practical result they should have either in subjectivity or in the theory. Through the investigation and analysis, it proved that there were indeed some incompatible matters between pedagogic goals, methods in track and field items pedagogy and destination of P.E in ordinary universities at present. The main reason that caused the phenomenon is our inaccurate comprehension and blind beliefs to the basically traditional thoughts and theories to track and field items and other items of sports. In order to change this phenomenon, we must convert our pedagogic teaching thoughts, lead track and field exercises which in P.E pedagogy to realities from misleading convention, and add in quality training. Thus track and field exercises in universities would be extensively liked and be widely in vogue.

Abstract:System biology is a newly-born branch of biology.The experiments including biochip and two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis were offered for undergraduates according to their reality and characteristics of the subject.A set of effective experimental teaching mode for system biology was set up based on inquiry learning-oriented idea and the characteristic of students' major.The practice shows that inquiry learning-oriented experimental teaching has special function in developing students' interest,stimulating students' creativity and fostering students' ability in scientific research which obtains very good teaching results.

Abstract:By using the methods of literature, questionnaire, action research and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the teaching mode and the evaluation results of students of the 2021 summer online Taichi course of Peking University. The results showed that most of the students（88%） recognized the effectiveness of the online Taichi course and were able to complete the learning task well. In the video learning, almost all students（99.4%）could complete the teaching content and master the action in 90 minutes. At the same time, more than 50% of the students performed more than two Taichi exercises in addition to the regular weekly physical education class,which played an important role in cultivating students’ good sports habits. Through the form of "Internet+education", we could make good use of various ways to stimulate students’ interest in learning, cultivate students’ exercise habits and improve students’ sports literacy, and promote students to participate in sports and comprehensively improve students’ sports ability from the root.

Abstract:College students majoring in physical education attach great importance to skill learning and underestimate the learning of core professional courses,a vital path restricting their comprehensive professional growth and success. A significant foothold of teaching reform is improving their enthusiasm and learning effectiveness in learning basic professional theories, and achieving their ability to learn and love learning. An 8-weekteaching reformofsportsphysiologybased on the OBEconcept was implementedfor112college students majoring in physical education in 2022. It was found that the intervention significantly improved the ability of college students majoring in physical education to explain knowledge points in a complete, scientific, and targeted manner and significantly improved their written language expression ability and logical ability in organising language. This has significant practical value for becoming a qualified physical education teacher in the future.Future research will conduct multidimensional and comprehensive evaluations of the effectiveness of teaching reforms based on this foundation and trackrelevant information such as student employment.

Abstract:Discuss the method and effect of problem-based teaching method (PBL) in the teaching of physics experiment in junior high school. Method: A total of 92 students in two junior high school classes were selected, and one of them was randomly set as the experimental group (46 students) and the other one was the control group (456 students). The experimental group added PBL teaching on the basis of traditional teaching methods. Methods, the control group was taught according to the traditional teaching method only, and finally the teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The physics performance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (P<0.05). The students in the experimental group were better than traditional teaching in subjective evaluations such as learning initiative, learning interest, thinking ability training, practical ability, and innovation ability. Conclusion: The PBL teaching model is more adapted to the development of the times, and the effect is better than traditional teaching. It can combine the learning and practical skills of students, and the comprehensive ability can be greatly improved.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect of PBL mode in sports physiology Teaching.Methods The 2011 session of exercise physiology students were divide into experimental class1,experimental class2 and comparing class.PBL combined with traditional teaching mode was used in experimental class1.PBL model was used in experimental class2.And traditional teaching mode was used in comparing class.Then we compared the scores of three classes.Results The total scores of experimental class1 was higher than that of experimental class2 and comparing class.There had a significant difference(P0.05).There was no significant difference between experimental class2 and comparing class(P0.05).About the scores of synthetical problems,experimental class1 was the hightest and comparing class was the lowest.Experimental class1 and experimental class2 was higher than comparing class(P0.05).There was no significant difference between experimental class1 and experimental class2(P0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with traditional teaching mode can improve the teaching quality of sports physiology.And the teaching effect was superior to traditional teaching mode or PBL model.

Abstract:Based on Self-determination Theory (SDT), this research intends to analyze the effect of different physical education (PE) teachers’ teaching styles on students’ class participation motivation in universities. Students of some universities and colleges in Sichuan Province and Shanghai Municipality, China, are researched. Total 871 valid copies of questionnaire are retrieved for testing the research hypotheses. The results reveal positive correlation between incentive, intelligence inspiration and the intrinsic motivation of student learning as well as between charisma and the extrinsic motivation of student learning in transformational leadership. In transactional leadership, contingent reward and positive involving management show positive relationship with the intrinsic motivation of student learning, and negative involving management also presents positive relationship with the extrinsic motivation of student learning. Finally, it is suggested that PE teachers should build the situation which could satisfy the needs of autonomy, sense of competence and sense of belonging as well as create the physical education environment which could satisfy basic psychological needs of autonomy, competence, and sense of belonging to reinforce students’ positive motivation on physical education. Sports education is the most important education to develop the students’ physical and mental health. Keywords: self-determination theory, physical education, teacher’s leadership, participation motivation.

Abstract:The quality of Physical Education (PE) education in high schools is closely related to interactive educational efficiency in classrooms. Teachers and students can improve their interest in learning through classroom interaction. Teachers can adjust educational programs according to the existing shortcomings of physical education, stimulate students’ interests in sports, and reduce student tensions and learning pressures. Students can increase their enthusiasm and creativity in sports, thereby enhancing students’ sports skills. Therefore, in a practical teaching process, it’s important to emphasize enhancing the effectiveness of interactive instruction in the classroom. This makes it possible to develop sports instruction. This paper analyzes how to effectively improve the effects of classroom interactions in a lower secondary school, and proposes a concrete teaching method for physical education. First, this paper explains the importance of improving the effectiveness of classroom education for junior high school students, and analyzes the present state of PE classroom education, and proposes an improvement strategy including physical education, and rationalizes students’ physical and mental development to stimulate students’ interest in sports. The classroom is innovative education and means that students improve their classroom enthusiasm.

Abstract:Purpose: The present study investigates the effect of two different teaching methods, which are represented in the collective competitive method and the station method in teaching some basic football skills to students of faculty of physical education and sports sciences . Material: Data were collected with 40 students (STs). the research sample was divided randomly into two groups of (20) students for each group, where the first group applied the competitive method, and the second applied the stations method. A quantitative study used based on tests and measurements consisting to identifying basic skills in football. Results: Students shared several two experimental groups approach. However, significant differences emerged in developing some basic football skills. The competitive method made a remarkable development in all basic skills. However, the latest stations style marked development in all basic skills. In addition, data are provided indicating that the competitive style surpassed the stations method in the post tests in all basic skills. Conclusions: This study will encourage teachers to use two styles (competitive style and station style) to develop the basic skills of football, organize the units in such a way that they achieve the principle of continuity through succession between the parts of the skill to teach.

Abstract:Physics is characterized with experiment and experimental teaching is an effective way to cultivate students’ ability.Based on the investigation on present physics experiment teaching in middle school,this paper witnesses schools and the teachers are increasingly focusing on experiment teaching,but owing to the restriction of various factors,the experimental condition is still far from the request of the new curriculum standard.A persistent effective mechanism to train teachers is imperative to build and the appraisal on students’ experiment ability is imperfect,preventing experiment teaching.Based on the present status,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies.

Abstract:Based on the “Curriculum Plan and Physical Education” and “Health Curriculum Standards (2017 Edition)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Curriculum Standard”) of ordinary high schools revised in January 2018, combined with the actual situation of physical education teachers, venues and equipment’s in experimental schools, in the teaching of compulsory elective modules of physical education and health curriculum in experimental grades, according to students’ interests and hobbies and existing sports skills, this study adopts the teaching organization form of in-class option, aiming to better implement the new round of curriculum reform and explore practical practices that can be used for reference for schools and teachers. It is found that teaching in the form of alternative teaching in class is beneficial to the development of students’ core literacy of physical education and health. It overcomes the teaching difficulties of module options caused by objective factors of the school to the maximum extent, and creates conditions for students to study physical education and health module, so as to put the curriculum reform into practice [1].
