Study on the Association Between Cardio-Cerebral Vascular Diseases and Meteorological Factors

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between cardio-cerebral vascular diseases and meteorological factors and establish a meteorological predict model for predicting the incidence level of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.Methods Data from outpatient departments of Huzhou central hospital and Huzhou first people's hospital during 2006 to 2007 as well as the meteorological data of the same period were collected.Spearman rank correlation and automatic interaction detector were used to establish a meteorological predict model.Data were analyzed with SPSS10.0 and SAS EM4.1 software.Results The incidence rate of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases were higher in spring and winter than in summer and autumn.The average pressure,average and lowest temperature,daily range of temperature,water-gas pressure,precipitation and sunshine hours related with the incidence of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.A weekly predict model and four levels of the prediction were established and its fitting value(R2) was 0.279.Conclusion Meteorological factors are closely associated with the incidence of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases.The meteorological predict model which predicts per week has a good effect.
