Abstract:The Challenges to the organizations resources development of Chinese Communist Party under the new situation are as the follows: the quality of party members is to be improved;the security of organizational resources should be watched out;party network nodes are getting loose;the maintaining of organizational resources is getting more difficult;the building of the party's grass-roots organizations still faces many problems;the basis for organization resources development is not solid.It requires us to enhance the quality of party members,strengthen security concept of organizational resources,actively expand the party's organizational network,enrich resources of the organization,strengthen the party's grassroots organizations and reinforce the basis for party resources.
