Abstract:The paper introduces an instructive scheme to establish enterprise-wide management information system with high flexibility. Four concerned key concepts, business logic, process unit partition, information architecture configuration, information extraction and decision support, are respectively defined and explained to prove the advantages to improve its flexibility and expansibility. Moreover, Microsoft@ .Net solution, combined with SQL Server 2000 and OLE DB, provides strong and reasonable IT support to implement the introduced MIS design method.

Abstract:Networked manufacturing system can enhance competitiveness of enterprises and promote collaboration level between enterprises. Currently, networked manufacturing system based on Application Service Provider (ASP) platform has become a new research trend. The application of ASP platform on networked manufacturing system was researched. Some new technologies using in our system were presented, including user-management technology based on layered model, service-management technology based on Web Service and charge-management technology based on atomic charge unit. Then an example was given to illustrate the application of these key technologies.

Abstract:Nowadays, networked manufacturing system based on ASP (application service provider) has become one of the hotspots of research and application. How to manage large amount of ASP services, and how to provide better service quality, has become very important. The paper mainly studies the ASP service management technologies. We present the concept of service lifecycle management (SLM), defines ASP service, and set up a state model for service lifecycle. Then, we give several key technologies' solutions for implementation of service management. Finally the application of these technologies in a real networked manufacturing system is introduced.

Abstract:This paper introduces a solution to construct the dynamic multi-level web-menu system based on the ASP.NET platform,which can be presented with the similar style of the traditional windows menu system on web pages.The web-menu system is implemented inside a specially designed base-class of the web pages,and then can be integrated into all the derived pages seamlessly without forcing influence on the design and development of the derived web pages.The access to the menu item or to the web-page is controlled by the base-class of the web-page in terms of the user rights.

Abstract:With the application of the technologies of OGSA's Grid Service and the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) toolkit, this paper introduced a method for the management of the ASP platform, with which, any Web-based computers can monitor the multi-servers of the ASP platform dynamically and remotely. Abstract:Web Page development tools have become one of essential means for Web Application development, but most of the current tools do not support the development for customized components that satisfy special requirements of developers, which results in that these tools have a poor expansibility and can not support the development of Web Applications in a desired developing way. To solve this issue, the paper presents a model for Dynamic Load of Web Page components and implements the model successfully to extend PAGS to ExPAGS, which effectively alleviates the complexity of the web application development and maintenance. Also ExPAGS provides a flexible way to support the customized development of Web Application.
