Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence and significance of HSP expression in the brain of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat,which is stimulated by electro-acupuncture throughREN ZHONG,FENG FUand two sidesZHONG CHONG.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of HSP70mRNA in hippocampi and effect of electro-acupuncture on HSP70mRNA expression in the brain of the focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rat by MCAo.Results:Electro-acupuncture can effectively induce the expression of HSP70mRNA in hippocampi,and enforce the tolerance of brain in anoxemic situation.Conclusion:The increase of HSP70mRNA expression is possibly one of the mechanisms of electro-acupuncture protecting cerebral ischemia-reperfusion damage.
