This article turns the research angle of view to the university student group, discusses under the network society rapid development time background, carries on the analysis to the university student's ideological and political education characteristic and the rule question. It strives to explore some new methods and approaches of network ideological and political education so as to better provide relevant support for the practice of network ideological and political education. In order to do a good job in the ideological and political education in the new stage of the new century, we must proceed from the new actual situation, grasp the new characteristics of ideological and political education, and reveal the new laws of ideological and political education.

Abstract:This article compiles a questionnaire from the three dimensions of “political literacy”, “ideological ethics” and “mental health”. The survey finds that the university is living in the problems of large individual differences in political literacy, individual ideological and moral flaws, and low levels of mental health. The author proposes that in terms of concepts, the intensity of education in the critical period of ideological and political education for college students should be increased; in terms of ways, the educational function of ideological and political courses and the ideological and political theories teaching in all courses need to be integrated; in terms of content, the life and context of ideological and political education content should be promoted; in terms of methods, a diversified strategy system of ideological and political education that is experiential, verification, and generative should be adopted.

Abstract:Research intends to identify: features of ideological culture within China's education sector; the most effective theory of ideology, capable of developing the individuals' worldviews and values, revealing their civic-minded self-awareness; the dominant personality traits that can most effectively influence the moulding of civic-minded attitudes and social responsibility among China's residents. This research project included an experiment conducted to determine the effectiveness of various theories of ideology in China's education sector. As the experiment's findings suggest, traditional Confucianism was identified as the most productive ideology (51.2%). The research findings may be used in the study of various ideologies, such as liberalism and neoliberalism, socialism, feminism, communism and social democracy, applicable to existing systems of ideological culture education in the globalization settings (within the context of pedagogical and psychotherapeutic activities, as well as in order to improve methods of teaching general subjects and education levels among students).

Abstract:Ideological and political theory education in China's universities now face some problems. The curriculum system is not designed very logically and some courses overlap with one another in teaching contents. So far, teaching reforms have focused mainly on method rather than crucial content. Teachers in this field have a lower self-esteem than before and some of them have left. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward three suggestions: that we should replace “Program 05” with a new system of curriculum; that teaching reform should shift from relying on formal means to improving teaching capacity;and that development of Marxist disciplines should learn from development of other Humanities and Social Sciences. While maintaining the current teachers engaging in Ideological and Political Theory Education, it is more crucial to strengthen their theoretical training, refine their academic taste and improve their research ability.

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to analyze the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students, and explore the challenges faced by these two kinds of education in the information age. First, different research methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, and interdisciplinary research, are used to investigate and study the current situation of ideological and political education and psychological education of college students. Second, the survey data are analyzed to reveal the challenges they have encountered. The results show that there are many problems in ideological and political education, which need to be improved and strengthened. The Internet has a strong attraction for college students, but the purpose of getting online of many college students is not clear. Although it plays an important role in improving teaching quality by helping college students establish correct attitudes toward their study, values, life, and society, ideological and political education lack strong pertinence and effectiveness due to the professionalism of the teachers. And the negative impact of network information on ideological and political education of college students is also obvious. About 11.4% of the respondents believe that network information affects their physical and mental health. About 8.4% of the respondents believe that harmful information on the network is easy to induce students to behave wrongly. About 41% believe that computer games distract them from learning, which indicates that the negative impact of network information on college students cannot be underestimated, and it is imperative to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students. The research provides a useful reference for the ideological and political and psychological education in the information environment and helps to solve the problem in the ideological and political education and psychological education of college students.
