The Clinical Experimental Study on Allergic Rhinitis of the Min Bi Qing Nose Drop Related with Etiology and Pathogenesis in TCM

Abstract:Objective:The clinical experiment on allergic rhinitis caused by the active locus from Min Bi Qing Nose Drop was researched after studying the etiology and pathogenesis in TCM of allergic rhinitis.Methods:The related references of the etiology and pathogenesis in TCM of allergic rhinitis in recent years both at home and abroad were analyzed,collated and summarized.The patients of allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups such as the different components of Min Bi Qing Nose Drop groups and Bo Ke Nose Drop group.The nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,stay clear nasal symptoms and olfactory slow、nasal pale pale and inferior turbinate swelling signs aspects as well as local endoscopic lesions,nasal airway resistance and nasal secretions of eosinophils were detected after 7 days administrated.Results:The Min Bi Qing Nose Drop could antagonize the symptoms of the allergic rhinitis,such as The nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,stay clear nasal symptoms and olfactory slow、nasal pale pale and inferior turbinate swelling signs aspects as well as local endoscopic lesions,nasal airway resistance.The cure rate of Min Bi Qing Nose Drop No.1 is 60% 、the obvious effective rate is 23.3% 、the effective rate is 10% 、the total effective rate is 93.3% ;The cure rate of Min Bi Qing Nose Drop No.2 is 46.3% 、the obvious effective rate is 20% 、the effective rate is 20% 、the total effective rate is 86.7%,so the Min Bi Qing Nose Drop No.1 is batter than the No.2.And there is no side effects and statistical difference on the WB、ALT、BUN.Conclusion:The Min Bi Qing Nose Drop No.1 and No.2 could improve the allergic rhinitis especially the No.1.
