Applied Research of the Detection Parts Based on Virtual Instrument

Abstract:The basic principle of the machine vision and the design concept of virtual instrument were introduced, and pointed the dominant position of each one and their combination. The mac hine vision parts inspecting system based on virtual instrument was built. In this paper, it takes the box and circle's detection as an example to verify the functionality of the system. In this system, machine vision is used to realize testing automatization, at the same time, it improves the scalability of system.The experiment results show that the speed and the accuracy of measurement fulfills the requirement of engineering. The operation is simple and the system is feasible and effective.
