Study on Oxidative Desulfurization of Gasoline Catalyzed by Solid Phosphoric Acid Catalyst

Abstract:In the preparation of solid phosphoric acid catalyst by using impregnation methods, this paper researches the influences of preparation conditions of solid phosphoric acid catalyst such as calcination temperature, impregnated time and carrier on the catalytic activities by taking oxidative desulfurization of gasoline reaction as the model. The results show that the catalytic activities of the diatomite solid phosphoric acid catalyst for oxidative desulfurization of gasoline are related to calcination temperature and the catalytic activities are good, and when the acid amount is 5.613 mmol/g, catalytic activities of the solid phosphoric acid catalyst are the best.
