Abstract:In China, there are nearly 300 universities and colleges establishing professional of pharmaceutical engineering at present. Meanwhile, China pharmaceutical industry is sustaining rapid growth in the past 10 years. Adhering to the concept of Study in Practice, Chinese students are cultivated to meet the requirements from twenty-first century industrial production and development of modern pharmaceutical, and they are looked forward to become qualified pharmaceutical engineers, technical backbone or management professionals. It was introduced about some exploration and adjustment for the training objectives of pharmaceutical engineering in higher education of China in the paper.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the research status of advanced pharmaceutical education in China between 2004-2013,so as to provide a reference for educators and administrators to understand the status and to promote the development.Methods Using the bibliometrics to analyze the research of advanced pharmaceutical education in the recent decade, including the annual distribution of literature, the distribution of researchers,the main journals which published the literature,the basic information of authors and the situation of funds.Results The research of advanced pharmaceutical education expanded gradually and received increasing attention.However,it was insufficient in depth,which focused on teaching discussion and practical training,and lacked in macro studies.The journal that contained the most related papers was Pharmaceutical Education ,followed by Northwest Medical Education .Of the 48 core-authors,the maximum number of papers with first authorship was 7.The distribution of teaching researchers was not wide;but research institutions were distributed regularly,and first authors were mainly in Jiangsu,Guangdong,Zhejiang and Shanghai.Research projects were mainly supported by colonel-level funds.Conclusion It was proposed that research scope be broadened using longitudinal study, study be conducted on academic journals to standardize format,a stable core-author team be cultivated to encourage more teaching researchers, and an incentive system be established to absorb advanced researchers.In addition,more higher-rank funds should be set up to increase investment in advanced pharmaceutical education.

Abstract:Pharmaceutical Engineering is a new speciality involving pharmacy,chemistry,biology,chemis-try engineering,management science and other subjects.Considering the development of this speciality in china,schools from different backgrounds define the core connotation of this speciality differently,their patterns of talents training have their own characteristics.This paper learned from achievements of famous domestic universities on pharmaceutical training mode, course construction and pedagogical practice, based on engineering education accreditation constructed a pattern of pharmaceutical engineering talents training which features comprehensive university school characteristics, and finally achieved remarkable results.

Abstract:Based on the strategic background of the transformation of pharmaceutical research from generic drugs to original innovative drugs, the current situation of pharmaceutical personnel training in China and the problems existing in the process of pharmaceutical personnel training in colleges and universities were summarized in this paper, and some suggestions on the cultivation of innovative pharmaceutical personnel in China were proposed after investigation and visits to the industry and academia. Innovative pharmaceutical talents should have innovation consciousness, an international vision, interdisciplinary capabilities, a realistic and practical attitude, a strong sense of social responsibility, a good teamwork spirit, and excellent communication skills, thus to better meet the needs for elite pharmaceutical talents for national, local, and industrial development.

Abstract:Under the background of new engineering, technological innovation and industrial upgrading have put forward higher requirements for the theoretical and practical abilities, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of pharmaceutical students. The cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical professionals is of great significance for promoting the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring medication safety, and improving people's quality of life and happiness. This article analyzes the subjective and objective factors of learning and practice, the construction of practical systems, and ideological political education. It summarizes the problems that pharmaceutical students currently face in their learning and practice, and proposes targeted and feasible plans to actively promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial high-level pharmaceutical talents.

Abstract:In order to cultivate students' engineering capabilities and quality management capabilities, the "four-in-one" three-dimensional practice teaching system was reformed, which includes professional experiment on campus, holographic electronic sand table and simulation training on campus, off-campus enterprise practice and off-campus design competition.All of them are considered as a continuous, interactive whole.Firstly, experimental contents were condensed to form a small test synthesis of raw materials, process optimization, pilot-scale integrated design experiments and a professional engineering experimental teaching system so as to enhance students' understanding and practice of drug engineering process.Secondly, modern pharmaceutical companies' holographic projection electronic sand table and simulation training system was created.At the same time, the new teaching model of "sand table learning-simulation training-enterprise internship" was put forward and adopted.Finally, we not only built the practice base of internationally renowned pharmaceutical enterprises, but also expanded practical teaching contents so as to cultivate student engineering accomplishment and drug quality management capabilities.

Abstract:: With the society development and technology advancement, the significance of mechanical engineering disciplines has grown substantially in the fields of manufacturing and engineering. Grounded in the context of the integration of science, education and industry within higher education institutions, in combination with the construction requirements of new engineering, the present study comprehensively investigates the theoretical mechanisms and practical pathways for constructing the teaching system in mechanical engineering. The research is carried out mainly from four perspectives: construction of theoretical curriculum framework, establishment of practical teaching system and platform, building of quality assurance system for teaching, and the cultivation of a multidisciplinary, cross-disciplinary faculty team.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the reform of the postgraduate training mode of pharmaceutical professional degree. METHODS:Domestic literatures about postgraduate training mode of pharmaceutical professional degree from 2010 to 2013 were searched and combined with the current education situation in China to conclude and summarize the existing problems and reform strategy. RESULTS:Postgraduate education mode of pharmaceutical professional degree in China was still in the explor-atory stage,with shortage of teachers,unreasonable courses,unsound educational structure,nonsupport of the students,imperfec-tion evaluation systems,and so on. Further promoting the reform of postgraduate education mode needs to strengthen teacher teams ’construction,implement cooperative training;improve training program and teaching courses;strengthen dissertation applica-tion-oriented and practice base construction;fully mobilize the enthusiasm and motivation of students;promote the connection of pharmaceutical professional training and vocational qualifications;and improve the quality assurance systems. CONCLUSIONS:Further implementation of postgraduate training mode of pharmaceutical professional degree and postgraduate education of pharma-ceutical professional degree can train the applied talents that meet social needs,improve employment rate of postgraduates and re-duce waste of educational resources.

Abstract:The fast-growing pharmaceutical industry of China calls for the cultivation of many qualified drug discovery talents urgently.The research of medicinal chemistry is the major driving force of drug discovery.Therefore,the corresponding course teaching represents main approach for the cultivation of drug discovery talents.Herein,three strategies against the problems in present college medicinal chemistry course teaching were demonstrated,including topic-based teaching extension,comprehensive teaching methods innovation and two-dimensional teaching evaluation.These strategies were initially proved efficient in motivating the students to learn more practical drug design skills and in developing the innovative thinking ability for drug discovery.Furthermore,the initial teaching practice outcome was evaluated and some constructive suggestions were thus presented accordingly.

Abstract:After experiencing a fast expansion at the turning point of the century,Chinese chemical engineering education is confronting new challenges and opportunities such as the rapid development of science and technology,the concern of national security,the restructuring of manufacturing industry,energy and environment crisis,and the trend of globalization.In retrospect of the Chinese chemical engineering education,the current situation is analyzed which shed some light on the future development.It is concluded that the scale of Chinese chemical engineering education has been the largest in the world and is compatible with Chinese economic development in terms of quantity and quality.However,emphasis should be laid on the innovation education,engineering skills,and fundamentals of engineering education in the context of "Total Engineering Education".

Abstract:The engineers are indispensable to social economic development.There are different ways to train engineers in China,but generally speaking,the engineer training in China still exists some problems: the structure of training system is not perfect;the training aim is not clear;the teaching content and patterns are out-dated;and the practical engineering training is seriously inadequate.Facing with such situation,first of all,we must renew the conception of modern engineer training to focus on engineering innovation ability training.Furthermore,we should try to build the ability-oriented teaching mode and reform teaching method and means.Only by doing so can we turn out the engineering technical personnel who are in accordance with "excellent engineers training plan".
