Abstract:As an effective way to improve efficiency, optimize productivity distribution and resource allocation, modern logistics industry has become the pillar of the national economy and a new point of profit growth. Vigorously developing the modern logistics industry has also become an effective way to improve regional competitiveness. In recent years, although the logistics industry of Guizhou province has developed, on the whole, the level of development is still relatively backward and the speed of development is still slow. This paper adopts the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to understand the problems existing in the development process of logistics industry in Guizhou province by analyzing the development status of logistics industry in Guizhou province, and accordingly puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of logistics industry in Guizhou province.

Abstract:Abstract As the largest province in China’s total economy, Guangdong’s logistics industry has developed rapidly and has made important contributions to the development of regional economy. In this context, promoting the development of Guangdong’s logistics industry to green logistics as soon as possible and reducing carbon emissions are important ways to achieve sustainable development. By analyzing the current situation of the development of the logistics industry in Guangdong Province, this paper finds that there are deficiencies in the information level, transportation structure and park planning of the logistics industry. Based on the problems found, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of green logistics in Guangdong Province.

Abstract:Since the State Council issued the “Plan for the Adjustment and Revitalization of the Logistics Industry” in 2009, the logistics industry, as the basic and strategic industry in the development of the national economy, has played an increasingly important role in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and promoting economic development. In order to promote the development of logistics industry, a large number of logistics parks have been built all over the country under the guidance of policies and the promotion of the market. However, after the construction of these logistics parks has been put into operation, There are a series of problems in its development and profit. This paper analyzes the present situation and profit of logistics park in China, and briefly analyzes the main business characteristics of freight hub, production service, port service, trade service and comprehensive service. On this basis, the main problems existing in the existing profit model of logistics park in China are summarized.

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid economic development and the deepening of global economic integration, import and export trade has developed rapidly. With the development of international trade, international logistics has emerged. Modern logistics is a necessity for import and export trade, and the development of logistics has a direct influence on the development of import and export. In order to adapt to the rapid development of import and export trade, the modern logistics industry is developing in the direction of quality, diversity and efficiency. As the manufacturing capital, Dongguan has great potential for trade development. Relying on the superior geographical environment and the original industrial system, and further integrating resources on this basis, Dongguan vigorously develops its modern logistics industry and promotes a high degree of connection between international trade and characteristic industries, promoting the development of Dongguan’s import and export trade. Taking Dongguan as the research object and combining the data of Dongguan’s import and export trade and modern logistics industries, this paper established a quadratic curve fitting model to analyze the relationship between the total transportation volume and the total import and export volume, conducted elasticity and marginal analysis based on the empirical results, and put forward feasible suggestions for the development of Dongguan’s logistics and import and export trade.

Abstract:The popularity of internet technology and supply chain management has been accelerating the transition of logistics industry.It also exerts great challenges for the planning implementation of urban logistics and freight transport facilities.Despite a new concept of logistics land has been proposed in China to integrate all the logistics-related land types (e.g.logistics parks,freight transport facilities,wholesale market and warehouse land),the problems rooted in land use and transport planning are still unsolved.Taking Shenzhen as the case,this paper attempts to review the historical implementation course and practice reality of relevant freight transport plans.Two groups of reasons from the perspective of industry and planning making are summarized which leads to the planning failure.Drawn from international experiences,this paper calls for a new implementation mechanism by establishing market-oriented planning approach,readjusting the position of government,and building function-integrated logistics complex.

Abstract:Purpose This paper aims to clarify the spatial connection characteristics and organization mode of logistics economy of 21 cities in Guangdong Province under the background of the integrated development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, and explore the spatial development characteristics and influencing factors of logistics economy in Guangdong Province. Design/methodology/approach This paper constructs the development level model of urban logistics economy in Guangdong Province from three aspects: demand level, supply level and support level, and uses the entropy weight method to measure the development level index of urban logistics economy in Guangdong Province. Then, the traffic accessibility index model is used to measure the traffic accessibility index between cities in Guangdong Province. Finally, using the social network analysis method, combined with the development level index of urban logistics economy in Guangdong Province and the urban traffic access index in Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the spatial connection characteristics and influencing factors of logistics economy network in Guangdong Province. Findings There are regional differences in the development level of logistics economy in Guangdong Province; The overall network density of its logistics economic connection is large, but there is an imbalance in the network structure, and the core edge phenomenon is obvious; Logistics economic space presents the characteristics of double core development. Research limitations/implications Because the research object is the spatial connection characteristics of logistics economy in Guangdong Province, the research results may lack universality. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to put forward further tests. Practical implications By studying the spatial connection mode of logistics economy in 21 cities in Guangdong Province, China, this paper promotes the original methods and empirical contributions, and constructs the research framework of spatial relationship of logistics economy. This research framework is universal to a certain extent. Social implications This paper is conducive to promoting the integrated development of logistics economy in Guangdong Province and improving the balance of regional development of logistics economy. Originality/value Firstly, this study provides a new perspective to understand the spatial relationship and spatial spillover of logistics economy from relational data rather than attribute data. Secondly, This study enriched and broadened the research topic of spatial correlation of logistics economy. Thirdly, this research aims to promote the original methods and empirical contributions. Specifically, this study establishes a comprehensive research framework on the spatial network structure of logistics economy.

Abstract:Abstract In view of the realistic environment of the cold chain logistics development in Guangzhou, this paper aims at analyzing the present pre-cooling equipment of the cold chain logistics in Guangzhou, the lack of cold storage facilities, the incomplete cold chain structure, the lagging of the development of the third-party cold chain logistics industry, the lack of trace ability of the products, the information tracking mechanism and the deficiency of the standard specifications of the cold chain, the shortage of cold chain professionals etc., and the countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: strengthening the policy support for the overall planning of the cold chain logistics; strengthening the construction and improvement of the cold chain logistics system and the platform and the main body; and developing the Guangzhou cold chain logistics industry in various modes.

Abstract:Under the Belt and Road Initiative, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Guangdong have demonstrated significant potential and opportunities in cross-border e-commerce. However, these enterprises also face several challenges, such as an imperfect logistics system, severe market homogenization, and a mismatch in talent supply and demand. To address these issues, this paper proposes a set of countermeasures, including the development of a diversified logistics system, strengthening brand innovation, optimizing electronic payment systems, and cultivating professional talents. These measures aim to promote the healthy development of SMEs in cross-border e-commerce in Guangdong and enhance cooperation with countries along the Belt and Road.

Abstract:Abstract The development level of port logistics partly reflects the comprehensive competitiveness of the port. Based on the latest development data of Ningbo Zhoushan port, combined with literature research, this paper analyses the development status of Ningbo Zhoushan port in terms of infrastructure construction, port collection and distribution network, information application, comprehensive logistics service scope and policy environment. In view of the limitation of developing port logistics in Ningbo Zhoushan port, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as optimizing the structure of port collection and distribution, speeding up the construction of port logistics information, optimizing the development system of port regional logistics, to furtherly improve the development level of port logistics in Ningbo Zhoushan port.
Research on Luggage Industry Export Competitiveness of Guangzhou

Abstract:Guangzhou luggage industry has become one of the most important pillar industries for its development of more than 30 years. Guangzhou bags export a lot to America, EU, Japan and so on. Until the end of 2013, its bags export value accounting for the proportion of total bags exports of china reached6.44%. But in recent years, a range of factors that the trade barriers of developed countries to upgrade,bags production cost to rise and so on, weakens the luggage industry export competitiveness of Guangzhou to some extent. So it is very important to further enhance Guangzhou luggage industry export competitiveness, to continue to maintain high growth of Guangzhou bags export, and to make contribution to Guangzhou's economic and national economic growth. By using the commonly index of export competitiveness: the trade competitiveness index, the index of export rise advantage and so on, analysizes the export competitiveness of Guangzhou and draws the conclusion that the luggage industry of Guangzhou has a strong export competitiveness, but there are still some disadvantages during the development of Guangzhou luggage industry.
