Abstract:The study was to reveal effects of exogenous Chitosan(CTS) on the physiological characteristics of phalaenopsis seedlings under draught stress.To measure the relative conductivity,the content of MDA,proline,soluble sugar,and the activity of CAT,POD,SOD.The results showed that CTS can increased the RWC by 44.93 %,proline by 134.10 %,the activity of POD,CAT and SOD by 49.46 %,51.49 % and 12.06 %,and reduced the content of MDA by 19.86 %,increased the content of soluble sugar by 17.47 %.These data above showed that CTS could increase the content of osmotic adjusting materials to reduced the effects of phalaenopsis seedlings under draught stress.
