Abstract:The methodological condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the leaves of Rubus hirsutus Thunb.under microwave radition,using the ethyl hydroxide as the extracting agent was studied.The condition of the extraction in the experiment,the influent factors of the power of microwave radiation,concentration of the solvent,proportion between of the leaves and the solvent(g/mL),extracting time,stages of the extraction and times of the ethyl acetate extraction were studied.By microwave radition,the proper condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the leaves could be obtained.By the experiment,the proper condition of extracting tea polyphenols from the leaves under microwave radition was got 88.78%(mass percent)tea polyphenols was prepared with the 1 :10(W∶V)proportion between of the leaves of the Rubus hirsutus Thunb.and the solvent,40% concentration(V∶V)of the ethyl hydroxide under the 320 W microwave radiation for 60 s,2 times of extraction stage.
