Measurement of LA,APC-R and Hypercoagulation States in Patients with Cerebral Infarct

Abstract:Objective To measure lupus anticoagulant(LA),activated protein C-resistant(APC-R) and indicate of hypercoagulation states in patients with Cerebral Infarct and to research their relation and set up a serial programs to laboratory diagnosis,monitoring treatment and mechanism of Cerebral Infarct.Methods Fibrinogen(Fg),factor Ⅶ,factorⅧ,factorⅩ,LA,APC-R,antithrombin(AT),D-dimer,protein C(PC) and von Willebrand factor(VWF)were determined using ACL futura plus full automated coagulation analyzer and minividas immunoflurencent analyzer,in 90 patients with Cerebral Infarct and 60 normal control subjects.Results There were 41 positive for LA (45.56%)and 3 positive for APC-R(3.33%).The level of factor Ⅶ,factor Ⅷ,factorⅩ,Fg,D-D and vWF were significantly higer in patients with Cerebral Infarct than that in control subjects.PC and AT were on different from the control subjects.Conclusion There are hypercoagulation states and especially high positive LA rate in patients with Cerebral Infarct and perhaps LA is one of the important causes of hypercoagulation states in patients with Cerebral Infarct.
