Abstract:The reseaches on the application of the reduction-sensitive drug delivery systems(DDS) designed based on a significant difference between the reductive environments inside and outside tumor cell in pharmaceutics and tumor therapy have attracted much attention and made significant progress in recent years.The reduction-sensitive DDS could significantly improve the targeting ability and efficacy of drugs,lower their adverse effects and overcome multidrug resistance in target cells.The current research status of the application of the reduction-sensitive DDS including micelles,nanoparticles,nanocapsules,nanogels,polymer-drug conjugates and polymer-nucleic acid complexes was reviewed classifiedly.
