Clinical Research on the Influence of QIANGGUYIN to Bone Absorption Parameters of TRACP5b and Crosslaps

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To observe the influence of QIANGGUYIN(QGY,a TCM composition.) to the targets of bone absorption parameter such as TRACP5b and Crosslaps.Methods: 99 cases of patients with primary osteoporosis for hospitalization and treatment were choosed,they were randomly individed into three groups,group A(therapy group,QGY was given,a dose everyday and caplendus twice on mane et vespere),group B(Fosamax used,70 mg once for oral use every week) and group C(XIANLINGGUBAO(a TCM composition) capsule taken,twice everyday and three grains for oral use every time),33 cases in each group.A course was for three months in groups of A and B,but six weeks in group C.For all groups,they could not go on for another course until there had no abnormalities in medical examination when finished one.They were all treated for 12 months.On times of pte-and 1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months post-medicine being taken,TRACP5b and Crosslaps of them were mersured by euzymelinked immunosorbent assay.Results: On time of 1 month post-medicine being taken,values of items above in all groups had much obvious degression than tre-treatment(P0.05).On 3 months post,there had extremely obvious degression on target of bone metabolism in group A(P0.01),it could achieve normal value on the whole.On 6 months,there had statistical significance on comparison of bone metabolism targets in groups of A and B(P0.05).on 12 months,there had all statistical significance on comparison of bone metabolism targets in groups of A and C(P0.05).Conclusion: QGY could obviously degrade the values of TRACP5b and Crosslaps in blood-serum,prevent the loss of bone mass,restrain exorbitant bone commutation to made bone metabolism obtain original balance and elevate bone quality.It had conspicuous function of restrainning bone resorption.
