Abstract:A method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment based on data envelopment analysis is proposed in this paper,where the expert’s scores of FCA are replaced with the fuzzy DEA results. This method optimizes the raw quantifiable data and non-quantifiable data with DEA and FCA respectively,and then assesses the performance of the system synthesizing the fuzzy DEA relative-efficiencies together with the FCA results. The novel method,combining the advantages of both FCA and DEA,is more objective than the FCA method as it introduces the fuzzy DEA results instead of the subjective scores of FCA. Finally,examples which evaluate eight laboratories of Chinese Inspection and Quarantine (CIQ) are given.

Abstract:The aim of evaluation for food safety is to evaluate the food safety state with the hazard analytical data of various foods,and support the decision-making for administrators.In this paper,a new evaluation method for food safety,based on fuzzy evaluation theory was presented,where the variety of food,variety of hazard and difference of toxicity for hazard was considered,and the measurement data for every hazard was used to evaluate the risk index of the corresponding food using fuzzy mathematical method.Then the complex index of safety was completed.Finally,the analytical data of safety food imported to a coastal city was evaluated.

Abstract:Instead of fuzzy membership function,by the theory of backward cloud generator and the algorithm of cloud we evaluate the fuzzy comprehensive system with the cloud model,which has the quality of fuzzy,random and statistic.Finally,with the supervision and testing data of food safety,we compare the method of cloud model with the normal method of fuzzy membership function,which proves that the cloud model has more advantages than the normal method.

Abstract:In order to improve performance purposively and practicably in Benchmarking,the optimization problem for improving benchmark was studied.With date envelopment analysis(DEA) technique,the usability of fuzzy values in DEA was discussed and the concept of big/small benchmark was put forward.The hierarchical structure system was calculated by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to realize quantification of the evaluation result.Subequently,based on the solution idea of multi-object reverse problem,a method for particular solution for big/small benchmark was derived,and then a set of virtual decision making units(DMU_0) was solved.Furthermore,regarding logistics system to be the research object,it was accomplished to solve and verify the benchmark value.

Abstract:This paper deals with the problems of both project valuation and portfolio selection under the assumption that the investment capitals and the net cash flows of the projects are fuzzy variables. Using the credibilistic expected value and the credibilistic lower semivariance of fuzzy variables, this paper proposes both the credibilistic return index and the credibilistic risk index, which are measures of investment return and investment risk with annuity form for evaluating single project. Moreover, a composite risk-return index for selecting the optimal investment strategy is also presented. Then, we set up a general project portfolio optimization model with fuzzy returns and two specific models: triangle and interval fuzzy returns. Furthermore, we provide two algorithms: the improved heuristic rules based on genetic algorithm and the traversal algorithm. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency and the effectiveness of these proposed optimization methods.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of small and micro businesses, we combine the theory with commercial bank practice to sort out and analyze the factors influencing the credit situation of small and micro enterprises. The index of small micro enter-prise credit evaluation is constructed, which we add the factor of cash flow information. Based on a sample of actual borrowers from a large China commercial bank, the results reveal that LSSVM outperform the other techniques with the measure of ROC. In addition, this paper proves that cash flow index plays an important role in the credit evaluation of the small and micro enter-prises through the empirical test. This study provides theoretical support and practical experience for China’s commercial bank screening small and micro businesses credit evaluation index and building credit evaluation model.

Abstract:Based on the empirical planning of logistics hubs of Quzhou city in Zhejiang province, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the planning of city logistics hubs is introduced. First an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for city logistics hubs is proposed to handle the membership of both quantitative and qualitative factors. Secondly a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, the key weight of index system is given by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and each index is evaluated by single factor evaluation. The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show three alternatives for logistics hubs location in Quzhou city and then the practical function planning for each logistics hub is provided.

Abstract:After analysis of the ecological environment impact and the assessment research progress of hydropower projects was done,the application of the comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy logic to the ecological effect evaluation of hydropower projects was discussed.The establishment of factors,and evaluation sets,the determination of membership functions and the selection of fuzzy operators in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were analyzed in detail.Also the drop half step distribution function was introduced for membership degree calculation and the weighted average fuzzy operator was chosen for fuzzy relations synthetic.Based on the index system and evaluation standard of the ecological effect evaluation of hydropower projects,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of ecological effect of hydropower projects was set up,and a parameter called index comprehensive influence vector which reflected the effect size and direction of each evaluating index on the ecological effect of hydropower station was defined.According to the established index system and evaluation standard in a specific instance,the model was seriously verified.Results show that the evaluation results of the ecological effect of Dachaoshan hydropower station calculated by the model conform to the actual situation and they are in conformity with the previous evalua-tion conclusion.The index comprehensive influence vector can well reflect the effect size and direction of each index on the ecological effect of the hydropower station,so the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is reasonable and feasible.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the whole process from the early decision to the later operation. A nuclear power plant evaluation system based on comprehensive fuzzy theory is proposed. Firstly, the implementation process of the nuclear power plant from the early stage decision to the later stage of operation is analyzed. The main factors that affect the comprehensive benefit of the whole implementation process of nuclear power plant are determined. Then the index layer factors are obtained based on the main factors of the criterion layer. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation index system of nuclear power plant is established. Finally, the weight coefficient of each factor in the index system is determined based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, and the comprehensive evaluation based on comprehensive fuzzy theory is carried out for a nuclear power plant.

Abstract:It is of great theoretical and practical significance to introduce the supply chain concept into micro and small manufacturing enterprises and to build a cost management evaluation model for micro and small manufacturing enterprises based on the supply chain to improve the cost management of micro and small manufacturing enterprises. To this end, based on combing the relevant literature on supply chain and cost management evaluation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of cost management of micro and small manufacturing enterprises because of the problems of cost management of micro and small manufacturing enterprises, adopts the gray fuzzy hierarchical analysis method to assign and evaluate, which takes into account the nonindependence among the elements of each level and the elements of the same level, and also considers the characteristics of grayness and fuzziness of qualitative indicators so that the evaluation results are more credible. The evaluation of cost management of micro and small manufacturing enterprises based on the supply chain was carried out by using gray fuzzy analysis, and the empirical analysis was based on the research data of company B. The evaluation result was "poor," which verified the applicability of the cost management performance evaluation model of micro and small manufacturing enterprises and indicated the direction for the improvement of cost management of micro and small manufacturing enterprises. And, the proposed intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchical analysis has greater advantages in evaluation accuracy than the traditional fuzzy hierarchical analysis.

Abstract:It is important for successful electronic business to have a hi-quality business website. So we need an accurate and effective index system to evaluate and analyses the quality of the business website. In this paper, the evaluation index system following the 'grey box' principle is proposed which considers both efficiency of business website and performance of electronic business system. Using R-Hierarchical clustering method to extract the typical indexes from sub-indexes is theoretically proved to have a rationality and effectiveness. Finally, the evaluation method is briefly discussed.

Abstract:The prevalence of web2.0 makes e-Comtnerce an increasingly popular trend. Consumers can post their product reviews about product after buying products on the web. These product reviews can help online user make sensible decisions and enable business enterprises to improve their business strategies. To cope with the information overload problem, opinion mining is needed to extract useful expression and summarize important opinion for users. But the quality of product reviews at websites varies greatly. In this paper, we propose a method based fuzzy logic to evaluate the quality of Chinese product reviews. We define three fuzzy sets to represent the different types of product reviews. We determine the quality of product reviews under the proximity membership principle based the three fuzzy sets. Experiments based on an expert-composed product reviews corpus show that our method can achieve promising performance.

Abstract:In today's information age, network public opinion has an increasing impact on the educational environment of colleges and universities, and has a profound impact on students' career planning, initiative and employment perception. In view of this situation, this study discusses the evaluation and guidance of university network public opinion environment based on fuzzy evaluation method. Firstly, the theory of fuzzy evaluation method is elaborated in detail, and its advantages and challenges in decision making are discussed. Then, the fuzzy evaluation method is applied to the evaluation of the network public opinion environment in colleges and universities, and the relationship between students' entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial behavior and the establishment of new enterprises is deeply studied. Finally, by optimizing the application of fuzzy evaluation method, the accuracy and efficiency of evaluating the network public opinion environment in colleges and universities are improved. This study provides a scientific and systematic evaluation tool and guidance strategy for the network public opinion environment for researchers and practitioners in related fields, so as to promote the improvement of the educational environment and the development of students.
