Abstract:The electric vehicle circular charging device is a kind of large, high-power, DC, box charging equipment, which has the characteristics of power sharing and flexible charging. In order to make the circular charging device work and operate normally, a remote mobile monitoring and fault diagnosis system is designed based on cloud platform. The system is composed of server and mobile terminal. The server is developed based on Web Service platform, providing large data interaction for mobile terminals. The mobile terminal is based on the Android platform to design the mobile monitoring function for the charging pile and to handle the fault. The analysis and diagnosis method based on fault tree and fault processing flow of charging equipment is given in detail. The application of the system shows that the intelligent management, intelligent operation monitoring and intelligent after-sale service of the equipment are realized, and the management efficiency is improved.

Abstract:With the continuous development of power monitoring technology and the refinement of user data services and power enterprise security services, new requirements have been placed on the business management and data management of power enterprises. In order to reduce the incidence of smart grid failures and provide better services to users, a smart grid business monitoring and data analysis service platform is necessary. This article analyzes in detail the background, goals, and ideas of current business monitoring based on business logic consistency and data analysis based on data fusion, and introduces the implementation scheme of a smart grid service platform, including architecture design and construction content. The platform mentioned in this article can be extended and applied to various power businesses in the power industry, providing a theoretical basis and implementation method for realizing smart grid security monitoring and data analysis from the business level.

Abstract:Substation is an important part of power system and its operation status exerts great effect on the safety of power system. Comprehensive monitoring management platform for substation (CMMP) is a digital monitoring platform which has uniform interfaces; flexible expansibility and hierarchical network control ability, and it is custom-designed for safe operation of substation. CMMP consists of direct current real-time monitoring subsystem, intrusion detection and hierarchical video monitoring subsystem, temperature and humidity and fire monitoring subsystem based on WSNs. CMMP adopt composite structure of C/S and B/S which would be convenient for computer and other mobile end to query monitoring information. Owing to the perfect private network of power system, CMMP can monitor both local and cross-domain substations. In addition, CMMP can classify and manage all kinds of alarm information from substation and realize distribution monitoring centralized management.

Abstract:In order to reduce the failure rate of smart grid and effectively improve the security protection capability of power terminals, this paper proposes a power terminal security monitoring method based on business logic consistency. The method can effectively correlate "timing label", "equipment status characteristics" and "business process", and can achieve security monitoring and abnormality detection for common attacks of power terminals from the business level. Based on this method, a monitoring platform for metering service is further built, and simulation experiments are conducted on the platform. The results show that the proposed method and platform can effectively monitor the operation status of power terminals that participating in the metering service. Besides, the method improves the monitoring efficiency and fault identification rate of safety hazards. The research in this paper can be extended to various power business in the power industry. It provides a theoretical basis and implementation method for preventing penetration and safety monitoring of power terminals from the business level.

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of buildings, equipment, personnel, property and production, to prevent or mitigate the disasters caused by lightning and static electricity, and to avoid the occurrence of serious lightning accidents, lightning protection inspection (acceptance) is of great significance. At present, in the process of inspection (acceptance) of lightning protection devices, there are following problems: professional and technical equipment for inspection is various and with different performances; the market demand for lightning-proof safety inspection is large, and entrusted units are increasing; the inspection process is difficult to be accurately obtained anytime and anywhere. Therefore, it is proposed to adopt technology of mobile application, wireless network transmission and computer software development to design and develop a data management system for lightning protection inspection based on Android, so as to realize the functions like real-time and comprehensive information management of professional lightning-proof inspection devices and entrusted units and establishment of electronic files for lightning-proof inspection of all projects.

Abstract:Thunder and lightning monitoring and location system in Shenyang was introduced,including four thunder and lightning stations,one data processing center,many display terminals and communication network.Some thunder and lightning parameters such as time,position,intensity,polarity of thunder strike could be obtained quickly by this system.Aimed at some technology problems in practice,the solutions were pointed out.Some system installation problems such as network layout,monitoring network information transmission and various terminal accesses ways were also indicated.And work principles,system functions and applied conditions of thunder and lightning monitoring and location system were expounded.

Abstract:Based on IEC 61970/IEC 61968 standards,this paper presents power a design principle to construct a common distribution management system(DMS) communication platform in Hangzhou Electric Bureau.Utilizing the powerful platform,the DMS can interconnect with EMS,transformer terminal utility system(TTU) and energy system easily.Furthermore,the common platform can discouple the DMS data and external system data.Meanwhile,the platform can process many kinds of external systems data using standard protocol,which gets the information more controllable.

Abstract:This paper studies lightning protection technique for oil depot and focuses on monitoring data analysis in application of lightning disaster assessment in order to decide the location, sectorization and layout of the new oil depot. Lightning disaster assessment can help to decide when the lightning protection system and the lightning protection device should be checked and updated. Lightning forecasting and warning are useful for the routine operation in oil depot. Authors also presented viewpoints based on the routine check of the lightning protection device, various meteorological data such as lightning disaster assessment, forecasting, and warning, can be used in comprehensive lightning protection service.

Abstract:Lightning strike is a great threat to the power system operation and security. This paper proposed a method of generating anticipated accidents of power system with the information provided by Lightning Location System (LLS) and the dispatching automation platform D5000. At the same time, this paper also proposed a method of assistant decision making for the dispatchers. Both the methods are applied to a software packagein the dispatching automation system in Sichuan Power Grid. An example of the online application is used to verify the effectiveness of the methods.

Abstract:As a natural phenomenon, thunder and lightning have a major impact on human production and life. As an important part of lightning protection technology, the main task of the lightning mobile positioning system is to detect and determine the location of lightning and, at the same time, provide more accurate lightning discharge parameters for lightning research. It is a new technology that serves the entire society and is in urgent need of development. This paper aims to study the trend prediction of thunderstorm cloud based on the monitoring data of the thunder and lightning mobile positioning system. In this thesis, the inverse distance-weighted interpolation method can be used to determine the lightning area and the principle of lightning monitoring and positioning, and the classification of lightning and the practical significance of lightning mobile positioning system monitoring are also studied. Finally, the Hurst index of this paper can reveal the trend elements in the time series well through the experiment, so as to judge the lightning strikes. At the same time, it also introduces everyone’s satisfaction survey on the lightning mobile positioning system. The results of this paper show that the lightning mobile positioning system has been widely used in our country’s meteorological monitoring stations, and it plays a very important role in our national defense lightning strikes and effectively realizes the lightning strike prediction in the monitoring process, which can better enable the competent department to take timely and accurate measures to prevent lightning strikes. Experimental analysis shows that the accuracy of the lightning mobile positioning system has reached 92%, and the practicability has reached 88%.

Abstract:It is essential for wind farms to implement automatic,routine and intelligent control and dispatching so as to integrate themselves to power grid management.Based on wind farm SCADA system,this paper designs an integrated monitoring control platform.The platform manages all equipments in a wind farm as a whole,and has comprehensive function such as active power control,voltage control,and generation maintenance planning, etc.On the basis of wind power prediction,the platform can make plans of generation,storage,and equipment maintenance,then report them to grid dispatching center for global optimal plan; it real-time responses to dispatching orders in close loop mode.The platform helps the wind farm work as a predictable,controllable and reliable generation unit of good quality.

Abstract:Aiming at difficulties of online monitoring and high cost of field testing for substation SPD(surge protective device),a SPD intelligent monitoring system was developed in this paper.The system architecture was introduced firstly.Four aspects including monitoring terminal design,communication protocol implementation and center management platform structure,monitoring system program were presented in detail.The SPD intelligent monitoring system was applied in Chenliaoshan microwave station,lightning current waveforms are effectively collected by the system,the real-time operation of SPD are recorded.Considering the location of SPD,the accurate invasion methods of lightning currents can be detected.It provides a theoretical foundation for the improvement of lightning protection in microwave station.

Abstract:Based on the practice in power systems,a design of architecture of a data sharing!platform is proposed.The data sharing platform is used for providing uniform ioterfaces for data acquisition and ensures success of data acquisition no matter where the data is,what platform the data is on and what application the data is generated for.The data sharing platform is composed of a logical interface layer,an interface implementation layer and a data reading layer.The logical interface layer provides a set of interfaces for data acquisition.The data sharing platform is written in Java language and exchanges data with other systems based on common information model(CIM)defined by IEC 61970 and IEC 61968 standards.The platform is characterized by platform independence,compliance with international standards,and strong expansibility.

Abstract:Lightning and lightning induced effects have significant influence on many aspects affecting the public, which makes the research of lightning and lightning protection very important. However, due to the strong randomness and complex discharge mechanisms of lightning, the understanding of lightning is still far from satisfactory. On the basis of the International Conference on Lightning Protection 2014, this study gives a review of recent progress on lightning and lightning protection research covering the following aspects: lightning locating and observation, lightning physics, lightning electromagnetic transients, and lightning protection for various systems. The goals of this study are to give readers an overall introduction to the recent progress in lightning and lightning protection research, and to motivate them to conduct further studies to address the unsolved problems in lightning-related research.
