Abstract:This paper decomposes the factors which influence the structure change from three parts: the industry shift effect,the occupation shift effect and the interaction effect,using the method of Components of a difference between two rates(CDR),and the three effects' directions and intensities of different regions are studied in different occupations and periods.The authors find that the industry employment structure is a dominant effect in China,but the occupation structure change is deeply influencing the employment structure change,especially in the developed cities and Northeast Industrial Region,and its importance is increasingly presenting in the recent years.The factors of laborer's occupational capacity will become a key effect of the future employment structure change,and these will make sense of the policy constitution.

Abstract:The specific weight of the tertiary industry of Shaanxi is rising constantly, which promotes the constant adjustment of the industrial structure and the national economic growth of Shaanxi effectively, but it is still very backward to compare with the developed area. Restricted by the factors of the economy development the level of its urbanization is low, and its internal structure is unreasonable. The traditional service trades still play dominant role in the tertiary industry of Shaanxi. Knowledge with high value is lagging behind seriously. The internal structure of the tertiary industry of Shaanxi is still in low level which limits its effective pulling of the economic development.

Abstract:Combined with the second agricultural census data,this article verifies the existence of urban and rural division and geographical division at labor market of Zhejiang from the perspective of occupation segregation by using census data of Zhejiang Province in 2000,of which the division of urban and rural areas existed between agriculture and non-agricultural labor force,and geographic division mainly existed between labor force in and outside the province;the segregate gradient effect of local non-agricultural exists between labor force and the other five categories of labor.

This is compare with the third industry and the first and the second industry in Ansai County, and social impact of industry on the economy in the tertiary industry, and its internal structure analysis revealed the tertiary industry’s contribution to economic life, such as promoting rapid economic growth, improve living standards, increasing employment and promoting social stability.

Abstract:To analyze the interaction of urbanization and Tertiary Industry, this paper selected the time-series data of the urbanization rate and the per capita value-added of the Tertiary Industry from 1978 to 2017,explored the relationship between urbanization and Tertiary Industry in Hubei Province by adopting ADF test, co-integration test, error correction model, VAR model, impulse response analysis and variance decomposition. The study found that the long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship exists between urbanization level and the per capita value-added of the Tertiary Industry in Hubei Province. The short-term changes of urbanization level are in the same direction with the per capita value-added of the Tertiary Industry, less than the long-term effects. Urbanization effectively promoted the development of the Tertiary Industry in Hubei Province, while the promotion effect of Tertiary Industry on urbanization needs further improvement.

Abstract:As the development of the tertiary industry has increasingly become an inevitable trend in the modern global economy, the impact of this industry on residents' income and employment pressure is worth exploring. Based on this, this paper analyzes the effects of the development of tertiary industry on residents' income and employment by building a fixed-effect model, then carries out a heterogeneity analysis of various cities in Jiangsu Province. The results show that: (1) The prosperity of the tertiary industry in Jiangsu province has a strong driving force on residents' income and employment, and has promoted the growth of both to some extent; (2) Jiangsu province has an equivalent positive effect on the prefecture-level cities, but there is still an imbalance in regional economic development among prefecture-level cities; (3) For this purpose, Jiangsu province puts forward the following countermeasures: Stabilize the primary industry and develop the tertiary industry; Strengthen policy adjustment, increase social employment; Strengthen regional cooperation and promote industrial integration

Abstract:Based on the Ansai development of tertiary industry in recent years and the relationship between local economic development,it shows that with introduction of extending CNPC oil machinery and equipment manufacturing projects,CNPC Hong Kong Huayou Natural Gas Corporation LNG liquefied natural gas project,Shaanxi Daqin bio-pharmaceutical projects,the development of the third industry is promoted,retail sales of social consumer goods are increased,the level of urbanization is increased and the income of farmers is increased,which leads to corresponding changes of the structural components,development pattern,structure types of the county's economic,finally leads to whole economic development of the county.

Abstract:The tertiary industry has become the main driving force for China's economic development, and the adjustment and optimization of its structure are important prerequisites for achieving high-quality economic development. Existing studies have mostly focused on the spatial layout and influencing factors of the tertiary industry, with insufficient exploration of its internal structure. In this study, the PRD urban agglomeration is selected as the study area. On the basis of classifying the tertiary industry, the Dagum Gini coefficient, kernel density estimation, and local spatial autocorrelation are used to explore the spatial differentiation of various tertiary industries. The influencing factors are analyzed using geographical detectors, and suggestions for future development strategies are proposed. The results show that in terms of regional differentiation, the agglomeration of various tertiary industries in Guangzhou and Shenzhen is the most significant, but there is insufficient spillover to surrounding cities. In terms of development structure, the level of agglomeration of the consumptive tertiary industry is higher, the public tertiary industry tends to be more evenly distributed, and the productive tertiary industry is relatively dispersed. In terms of influencing factors, the interaction between population and employment dominates the spatial differentiation and evolution of the tertiary industry in the PRD urban agglomeration. Therefore, in the future, the tertiary industry in PRD urban agglomeration should promote the optimization of industrial structure and regional coordinated development under the guidance of the government.

Abstract:The service and knowledge economy has emerged as the primary drivers of national economic growth, with the tertiary industry leading the way. To promote growth in the central plain region and achieve structural convergence of industries for sustainable, rapid, and healthy economic development, conducting a spatial structural analysis of the evolution of the industrial structure is essential. However, traditional statistical analysis needs to keep pace with the dynamic and non-linear relationships within and outside industries. In this paper, we propose a novel spatial analysis method based on the gravity model to examine the tertiary industry in China's central plains economic region (CPER). By analyzing statistical data from 2018 to 2022, our results reveal that the economic linkage intensity (F-value) of the tertiary industry in CPER has increased over the years. Specifically, F-values for the high-end, general, and other service industries are 2815, 9882, and 14,826, respectively. The network density (D-value) indicates a single-core structure, with D-values of 0.71, 0.74, and 0.82 for high-end, general, and other service industries. Our findings suggest that the economic linkage network of the tertiary industry in CPER has matured, with solid industry integration and convergence of the regional financial industry structure. There is a high correlation (p < 0.01) among various network structures in the service industry, and a stable and cohesive subgroup with multicentre characteristics is beginning to emerge. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of the tertiary industry in CPER during the later stage of the 14th Five-Year Plan in China.

Abstract:Using in-depth data analyses and scientific methods, this paper provides an exhaustive discussion of the gender composition, urban-rural distribution, and age levels of the population in various provinces of China, thus revealing the far-reaching impact of the evolution of the population structure on social and economic progress. Firstly, using data visualisation techniques combined with K-mean cluster analysis, this study reveals the phenomenon of gender imbalance and proposes a series of countermeasures, including strengthening education on gender equality, promoting gender-equal social participation, and paying attention to gender-selective behaviours. Secondly, the study provides an in-depth analysis of the trend of population migration in the process of urbanisation and the problems derived therefrom, and advocates the government to adopt scientific planning and policy guidance measures in order to narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas, and to promote integrated urban and rural development. Finally, the paper provides a detailed analysis of the trend of population aging and insights into the challenges it poses to the pension service system, health care system and labour market, suggesting the formulation of a more flexible fertility policy and the vigorous development of the pension service industry to cope with the challenges posed by aging.

Abstract:On the basis of the evolution of the characteristics of urbanization,first,comparing with the fixed model of change between industrialization urbanization,from the three factors which are GDP per capita industrial structure employment structure,the authors take the comparative method to analyze the interactive relation between urbanization industrial structure.Next,based on the methods of correlation analysis regression analysis,from different angles the authors discuss the reasons of the great deviation that between industrial structure urbanization of Henan province.Third,for the space differences of strength between industrial structure urbanization of Henan province,using Arcgis9.3 software the authors draw four maps by the index which is called urbanization response to the industrial structure.The result shows that there is a big deviation between urbanization industrial structure,and the reason is that the non-coordinated development between urbanization industrial structure,and the irrational development between industrial structure employment structure.The geographical distribution of the index which called urbanization response to the industrial of Henan province is that high in the west low in the east and high in the north low in the south.The maps also show that with the advance of urbanization in Henan Province,the strength of effect that urbanization influence on industrial becomes more more powerful.There is a greater deviation between urbanization industrial structure in the area of lower economic level.Finally,the authors put forward the suggestions to solve the problems.Under the protection of agriculture the improvement of the urban system,Henan province should promote urbanization steadily adjust the industrial structure rationally.First,the government should handle the problems about agriculture,rural areas peasantry.Second,the government should accelerate the development of small medium cities.Third,the government should accelerate economic restructuring.Fourthly,the government should strengthen the construction of low-carbon city,and change the way of development reasonably.
The Influence of Manufacturing Agglomeration on Industrial Structure Upgrading in Anhui Province

Abstract:In order to promote the upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui province and meet the requirements of high quality development of manufacturing industry put forward by the government of Anhui Province, this paper firstly calculates the degree of agglomeration of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province in the past five years. It is found that the development status of manufacturing industry in Anhui Province is better, and some industries have comparative advantages compared with the whole country. Then, based on the data of Anhui Province from 2001 to 2020, the paper analyzes the influence of manufacturing agglomeration on industrial structure upgrading in Anhui Province, and draws the following conclusions: the agglomeration of manufacturing industry has a promoting effect on industrial structure upgrading. In addition, government intervention will have a negative impact on industrial structure upgrading, and the level of informatization can promote the upgrading of industrial structure. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the development of the manufacturing industry, improve the layout of the manufacturing industry, enhance the innovation ability of the manufacturing industry, improve the manufacturing infrastructure, and promote the agglomeration of the manufacturing industry to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure.
Research on the Impact of Rural Three ‐ Industry Integration Development on Farmers' Income Increase from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization ‐‐ Take Anhui Province as an Example

Abstract:Starting from 2021, rural revitalization has officially replaced poverty alleviation as a new strategic guideline for rural reform. In order to solve the problem of rural areas, it is necessary to accelerate the development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, that is, to realize the integration of rural tertiary industries. Promoting the increase of farmers' income through the integration of rural three industries is an important task of rural revitalization. This paper selects the panel data of 9 prefecture ‐ level cities in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2019 for analysis, analyzes the impact and mechanism of rural tertiary industry integration on farmers' income increase by constructing a quantitative model of the effect of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries integration on farmers' income, provides policy suggestions for the realization path of farmers' income increase under the background of rural revitalization, and puts forward suggestions on the integration path of rural tertiary industry according to local conditions for rural revitalization, which is of great practical significance for the smooth implementation of the integration of rural tertiary industry.

Abstract:Revising the Boarnet formula's economical weights to be the spatial weights of the spatial shift-share analysis model,according to the industry's changes of essential factor size in the periods of 2002—2005 and 2006—2009,the spatial variation characteristic of the industrial structure and competitiveness was manifested directly in the geometric figure by the ArcGIS9.3 spatial analysis tool.The research indicates that the primary industry structure is strong,while the secondary and the tertiary industry are in the weak situation from the angle of structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The secondary industrial competitiveness presents the whole level promotion,the primary and the tertiary industrial competitive power present the diversification from the angle of competitiveness in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In the future we should continue maintaining the primary industry structural adjustment dynamics,realize the secondary and the tertiary industrial structure efficiency promotion quickly,increase the investment and the input of science and technology,maintain the secondary industrial competition strength,and promote the first and the tertiary industrial competitive power gradually.

Analysis of Chengdu industrial structure and economic growth- based on empirical data in years of 1980-2013

Abstract:Based on Cobb-Douglas production function and Solow growth model, the GDP and the statistical data of the first, second and tertiary industries in Chengdu from 1980 to 2013 are econometrically modeled and analyzed. The relation of industrial structure, economic growth and factors of production is empirically validated; the contribution rate and the stimulating percentage to economic growth of the tertiary industry are comparatively analyzed. The results have shown that the current industry structure in Chengdu is in a "321" sequence of the late industrialization stage. In the past Chengdu's economic growth was mainly driven by the tertiary sector. However, the expansion of the tertiary industry structure will reduce the positive effects of the primary and secondary industries on economy scale, and eventually bring economy into recession situation. Therefore, to make a long-term stable and faster economic growth, the industrial structure should be further adjusted and optimized.

Abstract:This study examines the relationship between the labour-force age structure and industry composition in a multi-region and multi-sector framework. Relying on a panel dataset of Chinese provinces, the simultaneous equations model reveals two-way influences between age and industrial structures. Population aging induces a (an) reduced (increased) secondary-sector (tertiary-sector) employment share. The industrial structure then changes the age structure of the local labour force via the migrations of young workers as non-agricultural sectors expand. With an improved Leslie model, we predict a province-level population aging and industry structure trend. Accordingly, municipalities, developed coastal provinces and the three northeastern provinces face greater pressure from population aging and a rapid structural, industrial transformation. Further considerations of the 'two-child policy' via simulation results show that relaxed birth restrictions could slow population aging in some but not all these provinces.
