The correct figure is reproduced below. Also, the authors would like to change the following sentence under ‘Results’ section: The expression profile of each TLR was similar in the splenic and thymic DC. TLR 3 was expressed very highly by pDC populations from both tissues, but at low levels by both the splenic and thymic Sirpα+ cDC populations (Figure 3a), whereas TLR 7 was only expressed by the Sirpα− populations of the spleen and thymus as previously published38 (Figure 3b).
