Abstract:Faced with the complex international situation and development needs,the United States,the United Kingdom,and some other developed countries have successively issued new policies to attract more overseas talents,which are conducive to the implementation of national strategies.Policies related to entry and work visas have relaxed visa application requirements,attracting more overseas talents,especially young talents,to enter the domestic labor market and then achieve natural elimination through the market.The changes in policies such as the United States'and the United Kingdom's that attract overseas talents have brought some inspiration to the implementation of the Strategy for Developing a Quality Workforce.Firstly,in order to cope with international competition,policies related to visa and entry and exit management should be optimized according to national strategic needs.Secondly,relax the application requirements for entry and work visas for specific types of talents,and allow more overseas talents to study or work in China.Thirdly,in the process of selecting talents,promote the operation of market mechanisms.Finally,so as to attract overseas talents continuously,it is necessary to improve the talent ecosystem.
