Open innovation performance in the supply chain of high-tech enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

Abstract:Open innovation in the high-tech enterprises is an inevitable trend for establishing the highly sophis-ticated industrial chains.Therefore,it is of strong and guiding significance for the government and enterprises to explore the impact of open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem on the innovation performance of enterprises,along with the moderating effect of external innovation pressures from the policies,customers,peers and suppliers on the above-mentioned relationship.The result shows that the open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem has a positive impact on the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises;the innovation pressures in the industry positively moderate the relationship between open innovation and innovation performance while the pressures from the customers have the opposite effect.The conclusion provides not only suggestions for the supply chain network node construction and cooperation strategies in the enterprises,but also the policy reference for the governments to promote the open innovation in the supply chain ecosystem.
