Abstract:The IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) constantly provides its members, volunteers, and the entire technical community with a wide range of academic event platforms and assistance. Organized by the IEEE PELS, the second IEEE PELS Students and Young Professionals Symposium (SYPS 2023), was successfully held in Shanghai, China, from 27 to 29 August.
