Abstract:The supplemental material provides a detailed list of data, DNA repair response genes and immune gene signature used in the present study. Co-mutation in HRR and BER or HRR and MMR was associated with tumor mutational burden and neoantigen load in most tumors. Single-mutated DDR pathway could not differentiate patients who could response to immunotherapy in the four clinical cohorts. Co-mutation status was compared with PD-1 expression or TMB in the clinical cohorts. In the melanoma cohorts, co-mutation status also predicted improved OS and ORR in the TMB stratification analysis, though significant P values were not reached.
