Research on the Development Trends of Automotive Module

Abstract:The automotive module is an important carrier of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) business, which plays an important role in the development process of electrification, intelligence, and networking of vehicles. To meet the constantly increasing application requirements of intelligent connected vehicles, the automotive electronic and electrical architecture (E/E architecture) is evolving from distributed to domain-centralized and highly integrated vehicle centralized architectures. As one of the core components of the in-vehicle platform, the automotive module is gradually evolving towards intelligence and integration. This paper deeply analyzes the development trends of the intelligent connected vehicle market, industry, and technology, and proposes the concepts of automotive communication module, automotive intelligent module, and automotive integrated module. In combination with the requirements of the IoV applications, this paper studies the perception, communication, computing, testing and certification and other key technologies of the automotive module, providing a reference of technology innovation and product research for intelligent connected vehicle industrial chain.
