Abstract:Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder resulting from the complex pathogenic interactions of the immune system, keratinocytes, genetic susceptibility, and environmental factors. Moreover, psoriasis is regarded as a systemic disease that extends beyond the skin (Boehncke and Schön, 2015), and identification of blood-based biomarkers is of clinical and research significance to a certain extent.
