Abstract:The responsibilities and functions in project safety risk management for designers and contractors are discussed. Generally the process of risk management is divided into three stages: the risk identification, evaluation, and decision making. The former two are mainly the designer's responsibility, for which a model of sub-system risk management approach is put forward. The model is exemplified and analyzed with real cases. The feasibility in risk identification and evaluation period is proved. The evaluation criteria of occurrence probability of unexpected events and severity of outcomes are rationally set up in evaluation method, which provide the scientific basis in risk evaluation of the construction safety.

Abstract:There are a lot of risks in the software developing process. To control the risk, the sorts of risk are defined from the software development and project management. The paper presents four main parts of risk identification and risk analysis. The risks during software development process and possible solutions are analyzed while the risk quantity method, parameter model and experience data are presented. According to these risk identification methods and every phase situation of software development, the strategy of risk control is proposed. About eighty percent risk can be identified and controlled in the statistic application.

Abstract:As an important link in the process of corporate financial management, financial risk management plays an indispensable role in the long-term development of corporate management. In recent years, with the continuous development of the market economy, companies have gradually increased their dependence on the market, and the financial risks they faced have also increased. Various types of financial risks make an enterprise overwhelmed, and the lack of some enterprise risk management mechanisms directly leads to a huge financial crisis for the enterprise, and even the risk of bankruptcy and liquidation. Therefore, strengthening corporate financial risk management and effectively controlling financial risks in corporate production and operation activities are not only important behaviors for companies to ensure financial safety and reduce their development risks, but also key measures for companies to stabilize their own operations and follow the path of sustainable development. Abstract:Under the background of the new era, enterprise business management faces the threat of various change factors, so it is very important to study the risk of enterprise business management. This paper summarizes the factors that affect the risk of enterprise business management through literature analysis, and constructs the index system of enterprise business management risk chain on this basis. Using the interpretative structural model (ISM), the accessibility matrix is calculated and decomposed; then, the cross-influence matrix (MICMAC) model is used to calculate the driving force and dependence of risk indicators, and finally the deep indicators are obtained. The results show that legal policy, macroeconomic environment, social environment and talent structure have strong driving force and low dependence, which are the deep indexes to control business management risk. Based on the ISM-MICMAC method, the key factors affecting business management risk are identified, which provides theoretical support for the effective construction of business management risk chain and points out the direction for subsequent research on business management risk.

Abstract:Corporate finance theory indicates that risk management increases firm value by reducing expected costs of financial distress, agency costs,expected taxes,etc.The paper provides evidences on the hypothesis with the empirical research in China.By a regression model analysis,the data suggest that firms with less coverage ratio,larger leverage ratio,faster growth rate,and more management share ownership, will pay more on risk management.However,the data also show that the firms with higher distress cost do not pay attention on risk manage- ment,which is contradicting to the financial theory.The author believe that should be contribute to the protection by local government,and very few listing firm in China go bankrupt,even if they have large negative net assets.In the long run,the protection offered by the govern- ment will destroy the firm' s competitiveness and thus reduced the firm value.

Abstract:It is important issue for the study of method of the project risk assessment. The quantitative method is used to resolve construction project risk assessment in this paper. Firstly, the study of project risk management and risk assessment is made a review. Secondly, the project risk management systematic framework is constructed, which include five purchases: risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk handling and risk monitoring. moreover, then the input-output model of the risk management system has been based on the theory of model identification, which make the solution of the parameters for this model by least squares based on differential equations. Finally, the simulation of project risk assessment is validated thought this model. The quantitative method of can approach to construction project risk assessment. The proposed method can easily give the description of the system which is the basement of building the managing policies of constructional project risk system.
