Abstract:Abstract With the development of Internet big data technology, more and more modern medium and large enterprises have started to introduce Internet technology into the internal management of enterprises, and project management is the most important application area that accompanies the growth and development of enterprises. This paper takes traditional enterprise project management as the theoretical basis, supported by big data Internet technology, through big data unstructured data classification process, using empirical analysis method to conduct an exploratory analysis of the constructed management capability index system, and finally constructs a function model based on the application of big data technology in enterprise project management. After analyzing the digital overview, the necessity of using digital in enterprise project management is clarified, and the exploration of using digital in enterprise project management is proposed. Through the design and development of resource management, operation queue, and scheduling strategy, the joint analysis of data level between multiple systems is constructed to create a good environment for enterprise project management. The development of big data Internet technology brings important and positive changes to enterprise project management, helps enterprises to keep up with the trend of the times, efficiently apply the advantages of digitalization, and promotes enterprise project management towards standardization and efficiency.

Abstract:With reference to advanced business management experience, application of project management to modern hospital management is an effective tool to enhance the medical level. We take the Operations Management Department as the leading department for uniifcation, centralization and coordination to promote innovative reform of hospital management with project management so as to build a closely-related bridge between the hospital administration departments and clinical departments and solve the common problem requiring coordinated resolution by multiple subjects and departments in the hospital. An analysis of the project management application case indicates that project management applies to the requirements of modern hospital management and is an effective approach to enhancement of hospital management level.

Abstract:PurposeThe purpose of this study is to introduce the concept of big data and provide a comprehensive overview to readers to understand big data application framework in libraries.Design/methodology/approachThe authors first used the text analysis and inductive analysis method to understand the concept of big data, summarize the challenges and opportunities of applying big data in libraries and further propose the big data application framework in libraries. Then they used questionnaire survey method to collect data from librarians to assess the feasibility of applying big data application framework in libraries.FindingsThe challenges of applying big data in libraries mainly include data accuracy, data reduction and compression, data confidentiality and security and big data processing system and technology. The opportunities of applying big data in libraries mainly include enrich the library database, enhance the skills of librarians, promote interlibrary loan service and provide personalized knowledge service. Big data application framework in libraries can be considered from five dimensions: human resource, literature resource, technology support, service innovation and infrastructure construction. Most libraries think that the big data application framework is feasible and tend to apply big data application framework. The main obstacles to prevent them from applying big data application framework is the human resource and information technology level.Originality/valueThis research offers several implications and practical solutions for libraries to apply big data application framework.

Abstract:From planning to execution, effective project management necessitates a holistic approach that incorporates various aspects. Enterprise Architecture has emerged as a promising method for enhancing project management in the modern era of business complexity. This article examines how employing Enterprise Architecture principles in project management can yield significant benefits. Enterprise Architecture enables project managers to comprehend the interdependencies between the various organizational components by adopting an approach that views the organization as an integrated whole. This improves planning, identification of prospective risks, and more precise decision-making. In addition, Enterprise Architecture provides a holistic view of the technology infrastructure and enterprise architecture, allowing project managers to identify opportunities to optimize extant resources. Moreover, Enterprise Architecture can enhance collaboration between project teams and other departments. Comprehending the interrelationships between organizational components makes communication and problem-solving more efficient. Enterprise Architecture also contributes to designing more adaptable and scalable initiatives, allowing them to better adapt to changing environments. This article investigates actual case studies of organizations that have adopted an Enterprise Architecture approach to project management. As evidence that Enterprise Architecture can be an asset in attaining project objectives, several benefits will be outlined, ranging from cost reduction to increased efficiency. Abstract:In order to achieve the integration of design and construction, reduce engineering changes, save project costs and other performance goals, this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in engineering projects through combining theory with practice. We systematically analyzed the process of BIM application in large-scale engineering projects, and realized the information unification of building life cycle management. Then the application points of BIM Technology in construction project are analyzed, and the key technologies needed for system implementation are described in detail. Finally, taking a construction project management process as a case to simulate, the specific measures of project modeling process, collision inspection and construction simulation process are proposed. The test and analysis results confirm the rationality and advantages of BIM Technology for project management and construction guidance.
