Abstract:Improving the level of primary school class management can effectively adapt to the development of modern basic education in China; as an efficient means of class management, educational incentives are effective for students’ academic progress, teacher professionalism, class management efficiency, friendly teacher-student relationship, and school innovation and development. There’s important meaning. Through the analysis of the current situation of the application of educational incentive mechanism in elementary school class management, in view of the problems of teachers who have not fully mastered the incentive mechanism, the incentive strategy does not meet the needs of students and the single incentive model, etc. It is proposed that re-education improves teachers’ comprehensive ability in class management, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude to strengthen communication between teachers and students, changing the way of thinking to promote the diversification of incentive methods.

Abstract:In China, the improvement of the learner performance is critical a challenge for the teaching staff and the management in intercultural communication class. Indeed, the administration of the Chinese schools is failed to provide effective learning to the students with innovative methods. The objective of this study was to identify the role of college students' learning performance, teaching skills, and teaching innovation in intercultural communication class. This study is based on the quantitative data collected on a five-point Likert scale from the target respondents who were the students of different colleges and 700 questionnaires distributed for it. The study concludes that there is a significant relationship among abstract conceptualization, active participation, and reflective observation in students' learning performance. Furthermore, this study highlights that the mediating role of teaching innovation is critical for students' learning performance. This study contributes to the literature with a significant theoretical framework. Finally, this study provides significant theoretical implications and practical implications which are key game-changers for improving the performance of the students in the intercultural communication class.

Abstract:Teachers' management effectiveness can reflect the comprehensive ability and effective evaluation of the teaching management objectives of the school and can also reflect the effectiveness management of the school to a certain extent. In the environment of sustainable and innovative development, the rapid development of education has made improving the management efficiency and motivation of university teachers became the key direction of university management. In order to study the impact of teachers' management efficacy and motivation on college students' academic achievement and postemployment social responsibility cognition under sustainable innovation, this study compares the impact of teachers in different periods on students and analyzes the changes of teachers in different periods on students. Finally, it is concluded that teachers' management efficiency and motivation under sustainable innovation can promote students' employment achievement and social responsibility cognition, improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities, and provide high-quality talents for the country. In the teaching of high school physics, there are still several disadvantages and problems in experimental teaching. Abstract:The article's purpose is a theoretical and methodological analysis of the main theories regarding the management of educational institutions and the prospects of introducing innovations into this process. The work uses research methods such as system analysis and survey analysis. Four main theories of management were studied. Their advantages and disadvantages are determined by considering the specifics of educational institutions' activities in China and other countries. Hierarchy theory emphasizes differences in the division of labor at different levels of management of educational institutions. It is emphasized that when building an innovative management system, one should consider the size of the institution and the distribution of subjects and disciplines and form an organizational system with adequate control and coordination at lower levels. The theory of human capital is of great importance in discussing the function of educational institutions and directions for introducing innovations into the management system. An understanding of social value is an essential basis for determining the function of colleges and universities, a full awareness of the differences between human capital needs and dynamics, intelligent functions in colleges and universities and the development of higher education policies, intelligently defining the scope of professional development is essential for the healthy development of the entire education system and the whole society is also helpful. According to the theory of competitiveness, the management of educational institutions cannot copy a set of innovative management methods at enterprises in the real sector of the economy. The introduction of innovations in the management system of educational institutions should focus on teaching, scientific research, and improving the quality of education. So far, significant progress has been made in reforming the innovation management system in colleges and universities. However, the reform focuses mainly on dividing functions and system integration into colleges and universities, while the primary focus should be teaching and research. Each of the theories could be better and can be implemented. However, by taking the best of each theory, it is possible to build an effective management system that will consider the educational institution's funding sources, its structure and size, and other factors. Abstract:With the advent of the innovation era, China has successively issued a series of related documents, emphasizing the need to strengthen the training of innovative talents, and effectively use information technology to enhance the innovation ability of primary and middle school students. At the same time, according to the evaluation research results of the National Digital Learning Engineering Technology Research Center of Central China Normal University, the research team of Information Literacy Evaluation Index and Application of Students in compulsory education stage commissioned by the Ministry of Education, the score rate of middle school students in the information application and innovation dimension is relatively low. It also pointed out that the findings of this study need to arouse the attention of educators, and to strengthen the cultivation of middle school students' innovative and creative ability in a targeted manner. And this article is based on the above situation, the author has a targeted exploration of the current ascendant information technology module courses in middle schools—App Inventor's suitability and effectiveness in improving the innovation ability of junior high school students, and it provides more practical references and ideas for App Inventor's research on improving the innovation ability of junior high school students. Abstract:Many scholars have investigated education management. Scholars in the education field have made significant achievements in contributing to multiple educational reform policies, while other scholars discuss teacher-related issues from the perspective of organizational behavior. The teaching innovation of high school teachers plays a critical role in students' learning attitude and motivation, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Teachers need to utilize more diversified teaching methods to enable students to carry out effective learning. In order to examine teachers' teaching innovation, this study explores teaching innovation intentions and performance from the perspective of individual and social factors in combination with goal-oriented behavior and social identity theory. This study conducts questionnaires with a sample of Chinese coastal high school teachers, and obtains a total of 475 responses. The research results show that innovation attitude, positive anticipated emotion, group norms and social identity positively affect teachers' teaching innovation intention; furthermore, teachers' teaching innovation intention also positively affects their teaching innovation performance. Based on the comprehensive research findings, this research proposes corresponding theoretical and practical implications.
