Abstract:Along with the enhancement of people's consumption level and esthetic appeal,many tourists no longer satisfy to the traditional mass tourism projects and devote to experiential tourism which can obtain more happy and unique experience.Experiential tourism is the new tourism pattern in the experiential economy time which emphasizes participation.At present,China not yet truly enters the experiential economy time and the environment of developing the experiential economy product is not mature.The experiential tourism marketing research in China is also a big blank and the thinking of planning and design is rather simplistic.The method of situational planning and design of item experience provides the new thinking for experiential tourism exploiting.Firstly,study the market foresightedness and at the right moment cultivate the market.Secondly,pay attention to psychology guidance in tourism development,build the experience atmosphere,compile the story,direct activity carefully and arrange tour line and time reasonably.Thirdly,create the experience service under fully understanding tourist psychology and role characteristic.Finally,design experiential souvenir and let the tourist obtain the unforgettable experience.

Abstract:This paper took the national rural tourism demostration plot as an example, aimed to find out settlements of dilemma that come up in the process of tourism development. After the review and summary of current situation and relevant studies, the paper elaborated the key success factors of further development of demonstration plot from the perspective of regional integration and optimization of internal mechanism, which involve the regional integration, local culture exploitation and products internationalization.Then more detail about endogenous development and generalized BOT model was discussed. This study provided scientific guidance and feasible systematic approaches for the ancient-villages in south Anhui which have similar situation.

In recent years, the quick development of tourism offers an unpercedented opportunity to the exploitation of tourism products so the development of tourism in Nan yue Mount goes into a golden age. However there are many irrational exploitation. According to the characteristic of nature and culture in Nan yue Mount, this paper analyze how to exploit tourism resources scientifically and rationally, in order to assure its sustainable development, and promote the tourism economy quickly and persistently.

Spatial Pattern and Influencing Factors of Tourism Resources in Northwestern Ethnic Areas in China-A Case Study of Longde County

Abstract:With the in-depth development of the Western Development Strategy and Rural Revitalization, the tourism industry has become an important economic sector to drive local development in northwestern minority areas of China. This study established a database of tourism resources in Longde county and analyzed the spatial pattern of these tourism resources by using the scale index and kernel density. From the perspective of the natural and social environment, this paper quantitatively discusses the influencing factors of the spatial pattern of tourism resources in the county based on a multiple linear regression model. The results showed that: (1) There were 2049 tourism resources distributed in Longde County, and building and facility resources were the most prevalent. (2) The hierarchical structure of tourism resources in the county showed a "pyramid" distribution, where excellent tourism resources accounted for 22.60% of the total resources. (3) The spatial pattern showed an agglomeration distribution, and the spatial differences of all kinds of resources were significant. The resources were mainly distributed in Chengguan Town and Wenbao Township. (4) Topographic conditions, convenient transportation, population density and water system distribution were important factors that affected the spatial pattern of tourism resources. It was suggested that the government issue corresponding policies to optimize the spatial pattern of tourism resources; balance the relationship between the exploitation of tourism resources, tourism development and local economy, and the social and ecological environment; and promote the sustainable development of tourism in the northwestern ethnic areas in China.

Abstract:This paper analyzes 1,662 travelogues about the Wulong tourism destination from the Mafengwo platform using literature research and network text analysis. The goal is to identify the driving factors affecting Wulong’s tourism service experience and suggest improvements. By extracting high-frequency words and analyzing emotions from the travelogues, tourists’ conceptions and perceptions were identified and the factors affecting the tourism service experience in Wulong were summarized into six categories: tourism resource attractions, tourism transportation, tourism facilities and digital services, cultural charms, special cuisines, and environmental ambiance. Tourists’ emotional perceptions of Wulong are primarily positive, with negative perceptions mainly related to unsatisfactory tourism facilities and digital services in the Wulong scenic area. This study helps the Wulong tourist destination understand the issues and deficiencies in tourists’ service experiences, providing significant guidance for improving service quality and offering data support for service marketing and optimization.

Abstract:With the tourism industry's development,a large number of resorts with deferent levels and areas,complex mechanisms,diversity resources,local market structures boomed out.In order to guide the resort development,the National Tourism Administration organized a national online investigation on the resorts resources types,market structure,tourism product,service facility,environment protection and community coordination in 2009,and systematically analyzed the collected data.Through the analysis we found that the current development of Chinese resorts has following problems such as high enthusiasm but faulty perceptions,constructions without planning,many facilities without Uniclue features,more festivals but less routine activities,more attention on management but less on services.Based on the above investigation and analysis,we further predict that the future resorts' market will prefer the development of healthy type,theme type and compound type.Meantime the tourists will like self-help travel.The resorts' products will tend to be more localized and intelligent,less interet on facility but more on activities,and the remarkable integration of culture.The resorts' development should pay more attention to the general plan,outstanding theme and careful service as while as focus on community coordination and ability construction.

Abstract:With the strengthening of the trend of tourism globalization,outlying areas have been more and more integrated into entire world tourism system.The champaign and undisturbed natural environment conforms to the demand of tourists for "nature-based travel".People in outlying areas are longing for the change of their backward state by developing tourism,but congenital defect there has limited the sustainable development.What are the problems confronting their development of tourism? Which impact on economy,society and environment will be produced? Can regional gap be narrowed? Have there been any mature experiences? With these problems in mind,the paper makes retrospect about the concept,characteristics,main themes for development,the existing problems regarding overseas study on tourism in peripheral areas as well as some mature experiences for the realization of sustainable development in the hope of providing some enlightenment for the sustainable development in China,especially in the middle and western regions.

Evaluation of Rural Tourism Resources Based on the Tourists Perspective: A Case Study of Lanzhou City, China

Abstract:Rural tourism has become a hot spot in China's tourism development. Based on the AHP model and the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy cognition, this paper builds an evaluation system for the evaluation of rural tourism resources, including resource value, environmental factors, reception conditions with three criterion layers, and 25 evaluation factors. We recovered 574 valid questionnaires through two online forms and field research in Lanzhou city, and then used them to complete the empirical analysis. The results show four main aspects of the tourists' perspective on rural tourism resources. Firstly, rural tourists are concerned about higher service facilities. The evaluation of rural tourism resources pays more attention to the reception conditions, and tourists pay more attention to the facilities of the reception conditions. In addition, the reception condition value accounts for a more concentrated 810 points (61.4%), which is higher than environmental elements (58.87%) and the value of the resource itself (54.26%). Secondly, tourists' attention to rural tourism resources mainly focuses on the pleasurable (0.1152), tour line design (0.1014), experience (0.0765), ornamental (0.0747) and other aspects. Thirdly, the degree of cognition mainly focuses on nature (4508), environmental safety (4469), pleasantness (4387), accommodation conditions (4367), tour line design (4363) and other aspects of the rural tourism resources. Fourthly, the cognition of rural tourism resources is basically given priority with 69 points, and environmental factors accounted for the highest portion. However, rural tourists have higher expectations for the popularization and education of rural tourism resources, but the sense of acquisition is relatively low. Through the further improvement and improvement of the naturalness of environmental resources, environmental safety of reception conditions, and the enjoyment of external traffic and resource value, the overall benefit of rural tourism resources is maximized. The results of this study can provide reference for the theoretical foundation of rural tourism resources.

Abstract:Deep investigation and research were attempted on tounbrist satisfaction for Ningxia desert scenic spot by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Conclusions can be drawn that tourist satisfaction index on desert landscape of Shapotou scenic spot is the highest, but tourist satisfaction index on the service quality and management level of Shapotou scenic spot is the lowest, which indicates that Shapotou scenic spot exploitation should be paid much more attention on improving the service level and management level. Some sustainable development suggestions on the tourism development and planning of the Ningxia desert scenic spot were put forward.

Abstract:The development of grassland tourism is gradually becoming a hot topic in China,and research literature is constantly emerging.Since the 1990s,the studies have mainly focused on subjects such as tourism development strategies,tourism economics,regional tourism resource development,management of tourism destinations,effect of tourism on the environment,general theories of tourism resources,products sold to tourists,tourism aesthetics,tourism culture,destinations marketing,souvenirs,and tourism laws.The above-mentioned studies are time specific,and the authors study mostly the areas where they live.The previous studies focus excessively on the same topics,using qualitative description as the dominant method.Tourism research methods need to be standardized,and more attention should be paid to the intersections of multiple disciplines.Furthermore,research should be done in more detail but in more different directions.
