Abstract:Accounting supervision, one of the most basic functions of accounting, plays an extremely important role in accounting subject. As a new term in the field of information technology, blockchain technology has been continuously developed and improved in recent years, and it has gradually become a social focus. This paper introduces that blockchain can supervise accounting more effectively with its characteristics of openness, transparency, de credit, tamper proof and timing. Accounting supervision is a guarantee system to improve the quality of accounting information, but in recent years, due to the weakening of the ability of accounting supervision, financial fraud occurs from time to time. Because accounting supervision is not enough, accounting information is distorted and capital market is confused. Abstract:Since the Enron, WorldCom financial fraud, issued after the Sarbanes-Oxley corporate internal control problem has received the widespread attention worldwide. In China, in June 2008, the ministry of finance, securities and futures commission, the national audit office, the China banking regulatory commission, insurance regulatory commission and other five ministries jointly issued the described as China’s version of Sarbanes-Oxley “enterprise internal control basic norms”, but the enterprise internal control system is not yet mature, mainly embodied in the internal audit, internal governance structure and the implementation of the internal control system, etc., thus causes problems in the quality of accounting (the accounting information fraud, etc.). So this article analyzes China accounting information and the current situation of internal control and the effect of internal control on the quality of accounting information, and puts forward constructive suggestions and comments.

Abstract:Abstract: Accounting basic professional ethics refers to the behavior and norms that accountants should follow. It reflects the professional skills, professional ethics and influence on the social economic environment of accountants. With the development of the times, financial information has become the basis for the parties to participate in the decision of the social market economy, so the importance of the basic professional ethics of accounting has become increasingly prominent. In recent years, accounting fraud has become more and more serious due to the irregularities of accountants' basic professional ethics, which has affected the development of the social market economy. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the construction of accounting professional ethics, improve the moral standard of accountants, resolutely crack down on false accounts, standardize the order of our accounting market and eliminate corruption. Although accounting ethics receives a lot of attention today, many scholars still treat it as a separate discipline, rather than just combining it with false financial statements, fraud, and fraudulent activities. This article delves into the ethical standards of accounting practitioners in China and explores the reasons for this phenomenon from different perspectives. Through this work, it proposes some effective measures to promote the fairness and transparency of China's accounting work and create a healthy financial environment for society.

Abstract:In modern enterprise management, financial accounting plays a vital role, and its risk control and prevention mechanism has a far-reaching impact on the stable operation and long-term development of enterprises. This study focuses on the analysis of the risk factors existing in the field of corporate finance and accounting, and reveals the key defects in the current risk management practice, including the lack of risk awareness, outdated management mode, backward control means and the imperfection of internal control system. These issues not only limit the flexibility of companies to respond to market changes, but also increase the risk of financial instability. To this end, the study puts forward a series of practical strategies to strengthen the awareness of risk prevention, promote the modernization of financial accounting supervision mode, optimize the internal control system, and establish an effective risk early warning mechanism.

Abstract:Accounting information disclosure refers to the information about financial status, business performance or development prospect released by enterprises. At present, the accounting information disclosed by some listed companies has some problems such as omission, falsehood and lag, which seriously affects the effective operation of the securities market. Under this background, the global convergence of global accounting standards may have a significant impact on China, so we should study and determine the countermeasures and strategies for the global convergence of accounting standards in China. From the perspective of game theory, the author analyzes the accounting information disclosure behavior of enterprises and the government supervision behavior, explains how the enterprises and the government choose their own behavior strategies and interaction mechanism, points out the importance of supervision system arrangement, and seeks effective supervision measures.

Abstract:This paper explores the effectiveness of supervision in curbing local firms' earnings management and its underlying mechanism. It was found that the impact is particularly pronounced in provinces with severe GDP exacerbation, provincial governors facing impending promotion, firms controlled by the government, and firms with weak external monitoring. The findings of this study highlight the importance of addressing the agency problem between the central and local governments in authoritarian regimes in the context of curbing firms’ earnings manipulation to improve capital market efficiency. We recommend the implementation of a more comprehensive strategy to improve the reliability of firms' financial reporting quality with the aim of improving the efficiency of capital markets in the long run. On the other hand, since external monitoring plays a significant role in preventing local firms from engaging in earnings management, we recommend that new policies be introduced to encourage more institutional investment in listed firms.

Abstract:With the continuous development of market economy and the increasing prosperity of capital market in our country, accounting firms are taking on more and more important responsibilities as "gatekeepers" of capital market. Audit quality, as the core of accounting firm management, directly affects the stability and development of the financial market. The level of audit quality is directly related to investors' trust and dependence on financial reports, the reputation and business development of accounting firms, and influences corporate governance, financial market stability and government supervision. All along, the regulatory authorities pay more attention to the audit quality management of the firm. In the announcement disclosed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the firm will be punished for illegal behaviors every year. In recent years, the Ministry of Finance and the China Annotations Association will conduct practice quality supervision and inspection of the firm every year, the audit quality management of the firm still has defects. These problems may cause a crisis of trust in the public, which in turn affects the development of the entire industry. However, the current accounting firms do not pay enough attention to the audit quality management and the supervision is insufficient, and the audit quality becomes low. In order to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the registered accounting industry, it is urgent to strengthen the audit quality management of accounting firms. Therefore, this paper takes M Accounting Firm as the case study object, analyzes and summarizes the existing problems in audit quality management of accounting firms found during the internship, finds out the causes of the problems, and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions, so as to strengthen the audit quality management of this accounting firm and promote its healthy and sustainable development.
