Abstract:Based on the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis,this paper studies the notion of traditional physical education mode and analyzes its deficiencies and development.In addition,it also states that the new teaching mode should attach importance to not only the imparting of knowledge,but also to the cultivating of non-intelligential factors.Teachers’ evaluation should be combined with students’ evaluation and diagnostic evaluation should be combined with formative evaluation and conclusive evaluation.We should stress both students’ subjectivity and teachers’ guiding function.Teachers should renew their knowledge constantly and try to attract students with their notable spiritual appearance and their characteristics.They should make use of science and technology properly,take in others’ advantages to make up for their own deficiencies,learn from each other and integrate with each other.

Abstract:The present paper discusses two typical attitudes towards errors in teaching and learning activities. One regards them as failures of teaching and learning, the other as the representation of learning subjectivity. This paper analyzes the forms of classroom life and crises of teaching and learning, which are dominated or caused by these two typical attitudes. Abstract:The classroom is not a single role shown by teachers, but a teaching interaction field constructed between teachers and students under the guidance of teachers, so that every student can actively integrate into learning in the classroom. In Junior High school, students' own self-awareness is relatively strong, the sense of classroom cooperation with teachers is relatively weak, which will produce a strong rebellious psychology and requires teachers to scientifically allocate their own teaching time in the classroom. Abstract:With the demand for new talents in the 21st century, the students trained by examination-based education can no longer meet the abilities needed for future work, and education reform has become a hot topic in today's society. How to train and cultivate the skills needed in the 21st century in daily teaching has become a difficult problem. This paper focuses on the cultivation of critical thinking ability, analyzes the inadequacy and limitation of the existing critical thinking cultivation, and finds that the limitation mainly exists in the teacher's insufficient ability and does not pay attention to the cultivation of critical thinking ability, the students themselves do not have consciousness and the influence of exam-oriented education in these three aspects. Based on the limitations of critical thinking training, this paper gives suggestions on curriculum reform, changes in teachers' teaching methods, and changes in students' consciousness. Based on these existing shortcomings, this paper offers three different suggestions in terms of curriculum, teacher instruction, and changes in student mindset.
Approaches to Strengthening Ideals and Beliefs Education of China’s College Young Teachers

Abstract:At present, quite a number of China’s college young teachers have weakened or lost their ideals and beliefs, degenerated professional ethics, and problems concerning with education quality and academic integrity have occurred from time to time. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ideals and beliefs education of college young teachers. However, previous researches on the ideals and beliefs education of college young teachers and its countermeasures mainly focused on one or several colleges and universities, and failed to put forward suggestions for improvement applicable to colleges and universities across the country. Based on inductive analysis of previous researches in the past 30 years, combined with experiences of the author of this paper, it is found that the root causes of the current problems of the ideals and beliefs education of college young teachers mainly come from three aspects: society, young teacher and higher education institution, hence three approaches for strengthening the ideals and beliefs education of China’s college young teachers are proposed. First of all, it is necessary to vigorously promote college young teachers to participate in social practice, to facilitate their objective understanding of social reality and establishing proper ideals and beliefs; secondly, take advantage of Internet technology and adopt a variety of online and offline effective methods to carry out ideological education for young teachers to enhance their identification of the ideals and beliefs advocated; and thirdly, colleges and universities need to improve their evaluation system, adopt an assessment model with equal emphasis on teaching and scientific research and ideals and beliefs, so as to guide young teachers to attach importance to the improvement of their own ideals and beliefs. Colleges and universities also need to combine ideals and beliefs education with solving young teachers’ practical problems in order to enhance the persuasive power of ideals and beliefs education and thus improve the effect of ideals and beliefs education. This paper points out the three root causes of the problem, and proposes three approaches from a macro perspective, hoping that it may inspire the ideals and beliefs education work of young teachers in Chinese colleges and universities.

Abstract:This study focused on three newly appointed primary school teachers in City D as research subjects. Utilizing research methods such as interviews, text analysis, and observation, the findings revealed that these teachers exhibited a substantial grasp of teaching reflection. The predominant emphasis in their teaching reflection levels was observed at the technical reasonable reflection and practical action reflection stages. To enhance the reflection levels of these novice teachers, it is recommended to foster their professional ethics, institute a diverse training system, and enhance the school’s infrastructure and institutional support systems.

Abstract:In the face of the ever-opening contemporary China, English has become an indispensable communication tool. Based on the results of basic education quality monitoring and existing research results on teacher professional quality, this paper investigates the professional quality of English teachers in representative primary school in Xi'an, examining the teachers’ professional quality in five dimensions, namely, the basic situation, professionalism, professional knowledge and professional abilities, and training status and conducting interviews with relevant teachers. Through the survey, it was found that elementary school English teachers in Xi'an have high professional ideals and good professionalism, have a high sense of teaching effectiveness, and have a good grasp of English education professional knowledge. The teachers' professional abilities basically meet the requirements of English teaching, and they hope to receive further regular training in teaching methods, skills training, and the ability to write papers. At the same time, some problems were also discovered: the gender ratio of teachers is disproportionate, and teaching philosophy is not fully implemented; teachers lack mastery of theoretical knowledge and scientific research knowledge, and their oral English expression still needs to be improved; parent resources cannot be better utilized; the adoption of teaching methods requires to be further improved, teaching methods need to be further improved; teachers’ scientific research capabilities are weak, etc. In view of the existing problems, the article puts forward suggestions for improving the professional quality of elementar school English teachers in Xi'an: strengthening teachers' professional emotional quality; deepening teachers' understanding of teaching concepts; strengthening the cultivation of teachers' professional knowledge and professional abilities; strengthening the cultivation of teacher's educational research ability.

Abstract:With the aim to train the talents with applied and innovative abilities to meet the demands of the development of the contemporary society,the important mission of higher education teaching is to meet the urgent demands of talents in society and to make the utmost of the advantages of scientific research in universities,to lead the development of career in the future and provide the prelimenary training of entering society to students in accordance with the demands of the future society. This paper presents the conception of " the fourth classroom" which links universities and society and introduces the real and complicated social professions in higher education teaching. In this way,students are deeply immersed in the role of pre-profession and the guidance of teachers,they can realize their role adaptation from a college students to a professional person. " The fourth classroom" is a beneficial attempt and exploration to deepen the reform of higher education teaching and to train the talents with applied and innovative abilities.
