Abstract:Pesticide residues in vegetables have already become a hot problem that government,market and consumer are very concerned.In recent years,detection technique and prevention methods have made great progress,but from biology,genetics and breeding,the occurrence mechanism of pesticide residues and from the character of biology itself problem of pesticide residues are both blank.The research situation,detection technology,the occurrence mechanism and prevention method of pesticide residues in vegetables are summarized in this paper,using theory and technology of molecular biology to take organisms potential and a new way to breed low pesticide residues varieties in order to solve the problem of pesticide residues in vegetables from angle of genetic breeding are put forward.
