Abstract:Objective:To compare perinatal intrauterine transport and neonatal transport and analyze the results of different modes to the perinatal infants,and to study the most favorable transport mode for perinatal infants.Methods:Cases retrospectively were collected from Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center from January 2011 to January 2012 including intrauterine transporter into neonatology newborns 204 cases and newborns transferred from other hospitals during the same period 530 cases.Gestational age at birth,birth weight,mode of delivery,complications,days in hospital and outcomes of newborns in two groups were compared.Results:The average gestational age,mean birth weight,the rate of eutocia full-term delivery and mortality,prevalence of neonatal asphyxia,hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,neonatal pneumonia and length of stay in hospital of the intrauterine transport group were less than those of the neonatal transport group.While the rate of cesarean section,premature birth,recovery and the incidence of hypoglycemia,hyaline membrane disease were higher than those of neonatal transport group.There were significant differences.Conclusion:Intrauterine transport is better than neonatal transport for perinatal infants.A perfect perinatal infants transport system should be established.
