Abstract:This paper presents a method to identify synchronous machine rotor parameter based on artificial neutral network. Machine parameter identified from on-line data can reflect the effect of magnetic saturation, machine aging and centrifugal forces. In the course of parameter iterating, we use a lax operation of time depended and improved Newton method to make it more easily to calculate differential coefficient. At last a synchronous machine(111kVA,440V)was simulated. Using BP neutral network to identify the rotor parameter from the simulated data, wa can derive satisfied result.
