Abstract:Objective:To observe the application value of bilateral uterine artery ligation for treatment of massive hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods:The clinical data of 35 patients with massive hemorrhage during cesarean section from 2004 to 2010 who were rescued by bilateral uterine artery ligation when conservative treatment was inoperative were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among 35 patients,34 patients achieved good hemostasis effect,the other one patient received bilateral internal iliac artery ligation to stop bleeding.Conclusion:The effect of bilateral uterine artery ligation is good for hemostasis during cesarean section.
