Abstract:In order to improve the cost management and business decision-making of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises), management accounting was applied. First, the concept, research background, research purpose and significance of management accounting were briefly described. Then, the problems of the application of management accounting in SMEs were summarized and analyzed. The factors that influence the application of management accounting in SMEs were investigated. Finally, in response to the existing problems, corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The results showed that the application of management accounting in SMEs could improve the financial management level of SMEs, promote financial management activities to play a greater role in their cost management and business decision-making, and enhance the core competitiveness of SMEs. To sum up, management accounting plays an important role in effectively strengthening internal management and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises.

Abstract:The accounting management determines the capital investment, daily operation and future development of enterprises, so enterprises put forward higher requirements for accounting management. Based on the background of the new normal economy, in order to improve the competitive strength of enterprises and better cope with market changes, the paper introduces fine management in accounting work, and analyzes the characteristics and significance of fine management of accounting work. Applying fine management to modern enterprise accounting work can meet the needs of process management, help enterprises determine the strategic positioning, and master the management data. Abstract:A belief in the importance of available and relevant information to managers and stakeholders has propelled significant accounting change, motivating the development of new forms of reporting argued to provide more useful accounting information. However, accounting is not inherently useful. Accounting information is a heterogeneous agglomeration that is made useful in practice. We overview research, illustrating the experimental, emotional, imaginative and complementation stratagems that practitioners adopt in making accounting information useful. This research shows that diverse stakeholder interests are mobilised in processes making accounting information useful. The ethical implications of accounting for stakeholders are then considered, particularly the problematic consequences of greater transparency. The critical possibilities of accounting for stakeholders are outlined next. We conclude by arguing that further research problematizing the usefulness of accounting information, including the networks of interests accomplishing this, is vital to advance debate on accounting for stakeholders.

Abstract:The purpose of the study is to generalize theoretical provisions and develop methodological aspects of the management accounting system as a factor in improving the effectiveness of financial indicators to maintain business at a stable level. The tasks and trends of the transition to a management accounting system that reveals the effectiveness of the importance of finance to the owner are determined. The research is based on the integration of the experience of specialists, revealing the practical significance of the management accounting transformation system in order to collect and analyze information for planning and making management decisions, as well as on the analysis of Russian and foreign publications. The article is devoted to the issue of using the information contained in management accounting as a tool for assessing business performance. The main problems that accompany owners who do not keep management records are disclosed and analyzed. The obtained results are accompanied by elements of scientific novelty and practical significance.

Abstract:Studies on management accounting practices in the international perspective demonstrate that the national comparative research on management accounting is mainly classified into three types,and that there is a global convergence for management accounting practices in general. Despite of the convergence,the evolution of management accounting practices( innovation diffusion) is well explained by several different theories such as contingency theory,social influence theory and demand-supply theory.Although it is of great significance to explore management accounting practices in an international perspective,current research seems superficial. To further research in the field,various theories should be integrated,more scientific methods should be used,and research on management accounting practices should be deepened on the micro-level.

Abstract:Accounting standards are integral components of economic policies; objectives of accounting standards reflect objectives of economic policies. Obviously, accounting standards play an indis-pensable role in promoting the orderly and stable development of the economy. This article expounds the relationship between different accounting standards and economic policies; accounting standards attribute and influence factors in the setting process of Chinese accounting standards. Under visual angle of public management, this essay analyses every relevant stakeholder’s influence degree and choice behavior in the setting process of accounting standards, especially the function and behavior of the government. The conclusion is that high-quality accounting standards can be formulated in the case of the government’s leading and other relevant stakeholder’s common participation. Only in this way can we work out the optimal accounting standards for Chinese situations.

Abstract:With the advent of the digital economy era, traditional management accounting is facing great challenges. More and more attention has been paid to the role of management accounting in corporate strategy, and it has gradually evolved into a new branch of accounting, also known as "strategic management accounting". Analysis and evaluation of relative levels and trends of price, business volume, market share and cash flow. In order to study the factors that affect management accounting in the evaluation of enterprise strategy, this paper firstly constructs the enterprise strategy index system from the perspective of management accounting, then invites experts to score each index, and finally uses FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) to calculate the weight value of each index. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of each index set can obtain the weights of the importance of different schemes, provide a basis for selecting the best scheme, give guidance for the formulation of the company's goals in the next stage, and also have great significance for the construction of a new management accounting system.

Abstract:Based on the characters of ERP system,this paper analyzes the change of management account of ERP context from management accounting practice and management accountant.The analysis reveals four changes in management accounting: the elimination of regular jobs,the enhanced corporation between function departments,the decentralizing of accounting knowledge,more forward-looking accounting information.And there three changes in management accountant: a wider role for the management accountants,the emergency of hybird-accountant,and the variety of accounting training.

Abstract:Introduction. Modern business activity of any enterprise requires the use of financial resources management tools. Financial activity of enterprises is a key element that ensures the efficiency and success of modern business. However, in order to ensure effective management of finances and organization of their high-quality distribution, placement and use, it is necessary to form a rational procedure of the accounting process, within the framework of which the company's accounting is carried out. Methods. General scientific and special methods were used in the work in order to achieve the set goal: dialectical method of scientific knowledge – to consider the essence of accounting; synthesis – to clarify the relationships between business entities in the process of accounting and its impact on management processes; graphic – for visual display of the obtained results; abstract and logical method – for forming research conclusions and proposals. Results. The role and significance of accounting in the enterprise management information system as a specific management function is substantiated. It has been established that in modern business conditions, the role of accounting as an information system is not only to record information in reporting on events that took place in past reporting periods, but primarily to help and facilitate the management system of the enterprise to determine the current and strategic goals of the activity and to model future ones management decisions. It is proven that the use of modern information systems allows solving the problem of integration of management and financial accounting with the management system. Discussion. Further scientific research of the problem should be directed to an in-depth study of the application of digital computer and telecommunication technology, which is based on the use of artificial intelligence for enterprise management. Abstract:Starting from the concepts of artificial intelligence and management accounting, this paper analyzes the application of artificial intelligence technology in management accounting, expounds the past and present life of intelligent accounting, and constructs the framework of intelligent accounting system. Human society is unprecedented in two worlds at the same time: the real world and the virtual (digital) world. In the past, accounting was basically a mirror system that reflected objective things with information. It was a monetization mapping of economic activities in the real world, that is, using information system to project the real world. The future intelligent accounting is a cognitive system based on computing power, algorithm and data, which is embedded in the real and virtual world and integrated with this digital virtual world, harmonious symbiosis and resonance with the same frequency. Through the high-level grafting and integration of accounting rules and emerging technologies, that is, the seamless connection between "borrowing" and "lending" accounting language and computer coding language, it realizes the digital substitution of business activities or transactions in the macro and micro economic and social fields of the real and virtual world. On this basis, based on accounting Big data or full sample data integrated in real time by business, industry or social information, using big data technology and intelligent decision-making tools, provide information services for value feedback and value creation of macro and micro economic subjects. Abstract:Earnings management is one of the most important problems in accounting field. This paper first reviews the current research of earnings management, and points out that the current research only focuses on the earnings management in implementation of given accounting rules without consideration of the setting of accounting rules. Implementation and setting of accounting rules are closely related, and accounting order is the basic criteria of accounting information quality. Hence this paper proposes that the future earnings management research should treat accounting rules setting as an important factor, examine earnings management problem under accounting rules with different setting principles, approaches and procedures.

Abstract:Abstract The cycle of corporate measures in line with consideration of apprehensions related to supportable progress and communal and environmental accountability broadens the constraint of routine measurement to take into justification social and environmental gauges. The role of management accounting, historically orientated toward the dimension of economic and financial performance, is consequently questioned in its capacity to evolve towards an integration of these standards into the dimension, management and performance reporting fashions. Environmental control Accounting may be understood as an extension of outmoded management accounting (Anthony 1988, Simons 1995) toward environmental control (Boiral 2007, Renaud 2009). Conversely, several pieces of research tend to indicate that, some distance from integration, we’d rather witness phenomena of loose coupling among monetary, environmental and social performance systems. Management accounting could then be refocused on management and reporting of economic and economic overall performance, even as different functions of the enterprise might be in charge of the social and environmental dimensions of overall performance. This can be seen as an instance of Brunsson’s (1989) thesis on organizational hypocrisy. The purpose of this paper is to look at the position of management accounting structures in sustainable and development techniques. Specifically, it is a concern of interrogating closely the speculation of a decoupling that would bring about the focusing of control accounting systems on the sole scope of financial and economic measures and reporting. The study will use a survey method of quantitative research to examine the impacts of the inclusion of environmental and social dimensions to the management accounting basic functions. It will engage workers of entities working in Lebanon. A survey will examine management accountants’ perceptions about the Environmental Management Accounting. The results will show the possibilities of actions of the environmental management accounting and the arbitration between financial priorities, environmental and social issues and will propose different configurations of environmental management accounting.
