Abstract:The composing and working principle of a vibration active control system based on TMS320F2812 digital signal processor are introduced.For the purpose of integration and miniaturization,a highly efficient vibration active control system is designed.The least mean square(LMS) algorithm is researched primarily and applied to the vibration active control system.Finally the accuracy and effectiveness of this system is verified by result.

Abstract:This paper introduces and designs a Vibration Signal Acquisition System that it is able to achieve adaptive gain control.This system uses digital signal processor(DSP) and embedded processor(ARM).The feature of this system is that it can automatically adjust the gain of amplifier,which makes the system has a wider adaptability.Besides,it uses SPI interface for communications and data transmission between the DSP and ARM,which achieves high-speed vibration data acquisition.

Abstract:With the development of the computer technology and digital signal processing technology, virtual technology has become popular. Application of virtual technology in control domain is called virtual device. To verify the effect of the controller, on the basis of system model, the virtual device with approximate input-output characteristics is employed for the system's real-time simulation, achieving the aim of reducing on-spot debugging, enhancing controller's security and improving effect. This paper presents hardware and software designs of a virtual device using DSP chip-TMS320F240, TI Com. and verifies the simulation effect of virtual device through application example.

Abstract:Aircraft aircraft power supply system is one of the important support system.With the increasing performance of aircraft,aircraft power system quality and reliability of power supply a higher demand.This paper introduces multi-channel data acquisition system design based on TMS320F2812.The system use TMS320F2812 DSP chip to achieve real-time multi-channel data acquisition and processing.Data transmittes through RS-422 to the host computer on a concrete analysis of the data.The system is simple structure,high reliability,flexibility and low cost.

Abstract:Wind Generator Diagnostics System is built with the purpose of reducing the cost of wind generator maintenance and increasing the diagnostic rate.The vibration analysis module of the diagnostics system is implemented with the DSP of TMS320C6713,by the resource of which the high precise signal of vibration from multi-channels is got from the sampling board,calculated RMS peak-peak result,done FFT and sent to the backend of the system for futher analysis.Neccassary signal pre-processing is also inserted into the process,including digital Butterworth filter and synchronous resampling,to avoid the effect of noise and leakage on the frequency spectrum.The system has been checked and accepted by Siemens.

Abstract:As stick-slip behavior existing widely in oil-well drill processes,a solution of drill-string torsional vibrations based on TMS320F2812 DSP is presented.This system communicates with transducer by CAN,and damps torsional vibrations by modulating transducer rotary speed.In the framework of the overall system,hardware and software designs of DSP are analyzed.The whole system is tested on the field drilling rig.Results show that the system can follow the changes of transducer rotary speed and torque,and has good damping effect on stick-slip.At the same time,the system has good general performance,only as long as modifing the control algorithm,it can be applied to different drill systems.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the vortex signal is quite weak and vulnerable to noise,with TMS320LF2407A DSP microprocessor as the core,the high precision vortex signal processing system is implemented.The systematic structure is introduced specificly,and the design strategy and method of hardware and software are given in detail.By adopting Mallat fast speed wavelet transform algorithm the de-noising of the vortex signal is implemented.The experimental result shows that the system features high accuracy,good real time performance and well cost-effectiveness,and possesses certain applicable values.

Abstract:A real-time vibration measurement and analysis system based on fiber optic sensor and high-speed DSP processor is introduced. Measurement is emphasized in recent engineering field for checking the bearable capability of objects on vibration. Real-time processing ability, testing accuracy and dynamic testing range are crucial aspects in a measurement and analysis system. Using fiber optic displacement sensor to capture the dynamic measurements during a vibration test is presented. FFT recursion algorithms based on split-radix and twiddle vector is proposed for achieving fast speed frequency analysis of vibration signals. Experiment results show the superiority of the proposed approach compared to the one based on single-chip processor. High speed and real-time testing power is achieved in this system.

Abstract:This paper described the DSP-based hardware design and implementation of each module for the test system.We designed a five-channel signal collection system,tri-axial gyro and dual-axis accelerometer,taking TMS320F28335 as the core with the external AD converters and the internal capturing unit.Combining with the target information and real-time location information of GPS and wireless transmission module,the PWM signal processed by DSP was isolated through the optical-electrical isolation module to control the actuator.Experimental results show that using the TMS320F28335 chip can not only simplify system's peripheral devices,decrease the system power consumption,but also improve the system's accuracy and real-time performance.

Abstract:DSP TMS320VC5502 and the sampling chip TLV320AIC23 are used to compose an acoustic signal denoising system,and the whole structure and software flow control structure of the system are analyzed.The program infrastructure of audio signal sampling and processing is built based on DMA data transfer,double buffer switched and interrupt response mechanism under the control of DSP/ BIOS.A wavelet frequency band threshold denoising method based on multi-resolution analysis is presented.Real-time simulator of wavelet denoising algorithm is completed based on TDS5502EVM board and TDS560 simulator,and then the analysis and cancellation processed of speech signal within the high noise is implemented.A speech signal with noises tests the validity of the system.

Abstract:A data acquisition,processing and communication system based on DSP TMS320LF2407 is introduced.An instrument of measuring the velocity of motor is consisted of above-mentioned system and photoelectric encoder.High speed and high performance DSP chip and internal integrated capture model are used to measure motor velocity and location in this system.Data transmission between internal integrated serial communication interface(SCI) and computer can be displayed on the upper computer in real time.Feasibility of above design solution is proved through the result of experiment.

Abstract:In order to test and simulation for the spectral signal processing system in project,design embedded ethernet data transmission system based on DSP,using TI's C2000 series TMS320LF2407A and RELTEK's Ethernet controller chip RTL8019AS.This paper introduces the overall design of the system,given the architecture of this data transmission system,and further analysis the design process of the system hardware and software,.After the system software and hardware passed,use the tweisted-pair cable connect data transmission to PC,at the same time connect data transmission system to spectral signal processing system by plug-ins,then debug the system,the debugging results showed that it can transmit spectral data real-time and reliably,well applied to the practice.
