Abstract:18 Ovaries were drew from the cow which were just killed. 5818 follicles were investigated within the light microscope from the paraffin sections in which the diameter of the follicle and oocyte and the thickness of zona pellucida were observed. The study show that the significant linear positive correlation (P0.01, R= 0. 9906)existed between the follicle and oocytes in the all process of follicles growth.There were significant linear positive correlation (p0.01, R=0. 9917)or(p0.01, R =0. 9951)in the preantral follicle period or cavitycive follicle period. The range scope of the oocytes equal to follicles grow up in the preantral follicle period but it was not equal in the cavitycive follicles period. There was no significant linear positive correlation(p0. 05, R=0.9521)between the growth of oocyte and the thickness of zona pellucida.
