Abstract:The 1553B bus and object-oriented simulation method were applied to the construction of digital simulation network of missile guidance system.This simulation system consists of one pc and four pc104 computers.The experimental results show that the communication network is of high precision and real-time performance.

Abstract:Primarily aiming at all the DTEs(Data Terminal Equipment)in the mission subsystem of early warning aircraft,this paper analyzes the control relations between the communication management computer and the terminal simulator in depth,makes use of virtual simulation and database techniques to establish bus control platform and simulate the functions of DTEs.In this way,the controls of all the simulators are accomplished by 1553B bus,an effective data management centre is formed,and the networked management and automatic fault processing for the DTEs are realized.

Abstract:In order to fulfill the requirements for rapid evaluating of competitive robot(Tele-LightSaber,TLS) system's competitive algorithms and visual servo control,a simulation system for the competitive robot system is designed and implemented based on TLS experimental platform and its operating characteristics,as well as the concept of harmonious distribution of human-computer intelligence.Through system configuration and off-line programming,the simulation system reproduces experimental data and performs error analysis.The results show that the competitive robot simulation system can simulate the actual system,and provide a pre-experimental verification platform for TLS system.

Abstract:Missile information processor is the crucial component of the missile electronic systems.To realize real time closed loop flight simulation during the missile information processor development process,a PCI bus based instrumentation architecture is proposed by exploiting VxWorks as real time OS.To make a higher level of integration,FPGA is adopted as a main controller to realize PCI interface,HDLC protocol and IO(input output) switches based on SOPC technology.Application results show that this design realizes an implementation of efficient and flexible closed loop real time flight simulation system,which can fully meet the test requirement in different development phases of information processors.In addition,it's easy to be updated and expanded.

Abstract:The principle of modular design was proposed, and then it was applied for modeling of air-to-surface missile system. After requirement analysis, function decomposition, model partition, design and development of model were completed, the simulation model library of air-to-surface missile was established, which is mainly composed of three subsystems: navigation system, guidance system and body. Finally, the simulation example was given and the results show that the simulation model library not only has high fidelity, but also can meet the requirement of real-time performance.

Abstract:The paper takes some ballistic missile as the object of study, a mothed which deals with the trajectory modeling and simulation is presented by adopting rapid control prototype. First, a six-degree-of-freedom nonlinear mathematical model for the ballistic missile is built, and then, the modularized modeling and simulation is set up by using Mat lab/Simulink, additionally, a research on interface for simulation model is conducted, finally, real time simulation environment is set up, and the process of auto code generation based on RTW is introduced. The trajectory model is verified by real time simulation. The verification results show that the rationality and effectiveness of the method.

Abstract:A high fidelity, reliable and extensible real-time CDU simulation system is built on the basis of self-made membrane keyboard and object-oriented simulation method in this paper to improve the visual feelings and simulation fidelity of CDU in flight management system research. Based on embedded PC104 CPU and 8255 programmable peripheral equipment interface card, the membrane keyboard hardware circuit and the keyboard code scanning program are designed. Accordingly, the confused logical problem of keystokes is solved and meanwhile, the emulation CDU keyboard is realized. And then, an extensible and reliable CDU pages system is constructed utilizing object-oriented simulation technique, inheritance and polymorphism mechanisms. Thus, the tiresome generation and management problem of pages system is tackled. Simulation experiments illustrate that routing data and performance parameters can be input and displayed realistically on the CDU system developed in this paper.

Abstract:A real-time simualation platform is built .Real-time visual monitoring system was imported based on traditional HiL ( Hardware in the Loop ) , which implemented real-time monitoring of working condition .This platform was cost-effective and easy to im-plement , which consisted of three main parts:One xPC Target , an operation interface based on C#, and a 3D real-time model in Unity . Connections between these three were built via Ethernet .The simulation model of Ballast Cleaning Machine ( BCM) was built in MAT-LAB/SIMULINK.With modular modeling methods , versatility of the modularity and parametric interface standardization are ensured to improve maintenance , expand and transpalnt of the model .

Abstract:1553B bus has been widely used in weapon equipment. In order to make students master 1553B bus technology,train design and application ability of bus system,according to 1553B bus communication,and learning communication protocol characteristics,the paper studies the 1553B message format,communication function,and the BBC experimental teaching contents. The experiment instrument 1553B communication interface board PC104 and FPGA based on 1553B is designed. According to the redundancy requirements,the BC redundancy mechanism has been established. The experimental system was used in the actual teaching,and achieved good effect.

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and implementation of essential modules in a class 4 Multifunctional Vehicle Bus (MVB) controller. The MVB controller is responsible for polling and storing the information collected by up to 4096 different sensors deployed in a carriage of high-speed trains. Working under strict real-time constraints, the MVB network controller consists of both firmware running on FPGA and software executed on an ARM processor. The operation of the card is under hostile electromagnetic environments. This paper consists of firmware design of the interface module to the industrial computer, command processing unit module and memory controller module. The designed modules offer full support for dynamic configuration, which significantly lower the complexity of system management. In addition to completely meeting the real-time and functional requirements specified by IEC61375, the circuits are carefully designed to support fault tolerance and fast recovery. The network controller has passed the protocol conformance test and 15-day fault-free field test on the sub-way trains.

Abstract:Through studying the control process of guided missile with terminal sensitive bullets, the hardware of the control was designed, and the control system model of the guided missile was established. Using the MATLAB software tool, the control system was revised and simulated, and the revised PID parameters were acquired. The simulating results prove that the performances of the control system model with the revised parameters are fit for the designing demand.

Abstract:A real-time large-scale hardware-in-closed-loop system of flight control is constructed.It is composed of the flight control,navigation,flight-dynamics simulation and other hardware subsystems.Connected through reflective memory real-time network,the real large-scale hardware-in-closed-loop system is realized.This system is characterized by good performance of real-time,reliability and universality.Through practical simulation tests of all the system,it verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of three redundant flight control computer,four axes IMU,navigation computer,electric servo actuator and load simulator.Finally,the advantages of this system and future work are summarized.

Abstract:Today, applications of HiL (Hardware in the Loop) has been proven indispensable for its low cost and good real-time performance. However, video monitoring system also need be imported for monitoring work process to achieve the goal of supervising work state, especially in large railway maintenance machines. In this paper, we build a cost-effective and convenient platform TP-RT (Three-Party Real-Time) with three main parts: a xPC Target PC, an operation interface in C#, and a real-time dynamic 3D model display designed by a game engine Unity. All connections are built on Ethernet interfaces. By using packet sniffer Wireshark, we prove TP-RT's high realtime performance in particular protocols. This platform has been implemented in a Ballast Cleaning Machine (BCM).

Abstract:The existent simulation platforms adopt either full digital simulation or simulation with some real elements in the loop,and therefore they have some disadvantages in flexibility or validity.The properties of an ideal NCS simulation platform were summarized and a novel framework for it was proposed,and then NCS-SP was implemented based on MATLAB、OPNET、Visual C++ and component technology.For NCS-SP,network delay can be more than one period and each part of NCS has some optional properties.It overcomes some disadvantages of existent simulation platforms and is more effective and flexible.Finally,the effects of the network delay and packet dropout to the performance of NCS were obtained through a series of simulation on NCS-SP.

Abstract:To test the real-time performance of the software and hardware of on-board computer, a real-time simulation system of satellite' s attitude and orbit control was devised based on dSPACE multiprocessor realtime system. The whole architectures of the hardware and Simulink models of this real-time simulation system were presented. Using Simulink, Stateflow and S-function toolboxes, the key models of the serial-port communication of this system were designed. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the real-time simulation system and its interface models.
