Abstract:Bone tissue engineering is a kind of rapidly advancing field. Several fronts including seminal cell,scaffold material and their interaction are presented in this review.The following fronts will be main research goal in bone tissue engineering:to transform seminal cell by gene transfecting technique,to fabricate bioscaffold by imitating the structure and element of bone, to facilitate the interaction of cells and scaffold material by improving properties of material,to make out successive action and regulating mechanism of growth factor.
