Abstract:According to the path choice of probl em solving,there is a periphery thought phenomenon on the problem of farmer,agriculture and countrysid e in China for a long time.That is,to a nalyze the problem of farmer,agricu lture and countryside by placing it in the r elationship between the other industrial structures or by placing it in t he whole course of modernization of China,to expect to solve it.The progressive f ormation and fixation of theperiphery thought phenomenon controls the thinking wa y and path choice by inertia and makes the key factor-farmer disso ciate from the center over a long period of time,and finally influenees th e solving of the problem of farmer,ag ricul ture and countryside.At present,th ere are two urgent problems to solve t o break theperiphery thought .One is the deep understanding to farmer;the other is to strengthen the research about the farmer spontaneity tend ency and the creation on system.
