Abstract:Objectives: Based on the principles of sports biomechanics and long jump technical requirements, the technical factors affecting performance are discussed. Provide reference for the teaching, training and scientific research of the long jump project in China, improve and perfect the special sports technology and quality. Methods: In this study, the excellent men’s long jump athletes at home and abroad in recent years are taken as research objects, and the sports biomechanical method is used on the basis of collecting and compiling large amounts of data in previous studies. Results: This paper makes a comparative analysis of the characteristics of run-up and Take-off Techniques of Chinese and foreign elite male long jumpers, in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese athletes and provide reference data for the training of Chinese long jumpers. Conclusion: The research shows that the take-off technique is the key in the whole long jump. The take-off angle is an important factor that restricts the performance of long jumpers, and the stability of the brake point when the board is attached is more important.

Abstract:There are specific priorities for each activity in the percentages of interest by the trainer or the percentages of exercises used in them for each stage or section of the movement technique or skill performance of the movement, and among the jumping activities in athletics is the effectiveness of the long jump The same interconnected technical stages consisting of (approaching run - ascent - flight - landing), so the coach in the long jump event must know the priorities for paying attention to these technical stages and focus on developing them to the best possible level. Therefore, these essential stages must obtain the necessary training to develop the most critical practical ability to achieve in these events. Upgrading the long jump, for example, requires a high ability in the man to launch in the shortest possible time and at a certain angle, which requires the development and improvement of the explosive thrust. Abstract:Introduction. This study finds the lower limbs’ reactive strength index and biomechanical parameters on variable heights. Objective. This research aims to reveal the effects of drop height on lower limbs’ reactive strength index and biomechanical parameters. Methods. Two AMTI force platforms and Vicon motion capture system were used to collect kinematic and dynamic signals of the lower limbs. Results. The drop height had significant effects on peak vertical ground reaction force and peak vertical ground reaction force in the extension phase, lower limbs’ support moment, eccentric power of the hip joint, eccentric power of the knee joint, eccentric power of the ankle joint, and concentric power of the hip joint. The drop height had no significant effects on the reactive strength index. Reactive strength index (RSI) had no significant correlations with the personal best of high jumpers. The optimal loading height for the maximum reactive strength index was 0.45 m. Conclusion. The optimal loading height for the reactive strength index can be used for explosive power training and lower extremity injury prevention.

Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: The long jump is characterized by a high degree of combination of speed and strength. It belongs to the group of fast power items dominated by physical conditioning. To achieve good results in long jump, it is necessary to have good physical conditioning. Objective: In order to explore the effect of compound fast stretch training on the explosive power of lower limbs of athletes in long jump. Methods: Athletes from a certain city were selected as the research objects of the experiment, with a total of 100 people, and were divided into groups by random drawing, there were 50 people in the control group and 50 people in the experimental group, who received rapid stretching compound training. Results: After collecting the independent samples, statistical analysis was performed with T-test, the results showed confidence of P=0.09, higher than 0.05, indicating that there is no significant difference in the special performance of long jump between the two groups of students, the mean score of students in the experimental group was 0.13 meters higher than the control group. Conclusions: Rapid training composed of relaxation and contraction can effectively improve the special quality in long jump students. Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction Lower limb strength training is one of the daily exercises of jumpers. Heavy squats are a standard method of lower body strength training. The squat is the only compound movement that directly trains “hip strength.” Objective This study aimed to analyze the effect of weighted squats on lower body strength training in long jumpers. Methods 20 jumpers were selected and randomly divided into a general training group and a weighted squat group. Then, the changes in standing triple jump, lateral jump, and Y-axis swing were analyzed before and after training under an experimental protocol. Results The performance of the weighted squat group was better than that of the general training group about the explosive power of the lower body of long jumpers. The data were statistically divergent (P 0.05). Conclusion Squatting exercises with weight can improve the explosive power of lower limbs in jumpers. Long jumpers use a variety of jumping exercises to develop the rapid strength needed for their specialties, and this protocol can be added to training for a better athletic outcome. Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: Joint strength of the lower limbs plays a decisive role in the competitive ability of long jumpers. Special strength training based on science and targeted at the strength of the lower limb joints is an essential topic for long jumpers. Objective: To analyze isokinetic muscle strength characteristics of lower limb joints in long jumpers. Methods: Voluntary jumpers were submitted to isokinetic concentric contraction tests of the lower limbs and hip joints. We also analyzed the effect of strength training on lower limb joint injury. Results: The knee muscles of the athletes have reduced eccentric contractility. The ankle of the athlete has the most vulnerable joint to injuries in the sport. Conclusion: The explosive force and eccentric contractility of long jumpers’ lower limb extensor muscles have the most significant impact on joint thrust and extension speed. Athletes need muscle strength training to develop isokinetic muscle strength. This can effectively prevent injury to lower extremity joint movements. The research findings of this paper can provide a specific theoretical basis for formulating scientific training for long jumpers. Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: Studying the biomechanical characteristics of lower limb muscles during depth jumps is of great significance, but it is also important in meeting the practical needs of strength training. Objective: To explore the musculoskeletal exercise training and mechanical characteristics of athletes’ lower limbs. Methods: Analysis and discussion of the test results of kinematics, dynamics and the EMG of 8 muscles of the lower extremity when athletes jump at different falling heights and different motion states. Results: only by using different falling heights in a certain proportion can training efficiency be improved and the training effect of depth jumps reach the practical purpose of sports training. Conclusions: from the point of view of exercise physiology, the generation, storage and reuse of muscle elastic deformation energy and the reflex regulation of the central nervous system are the main reasons for the economic and efficient contractive ability of the extensor muscle group of lower limbs during depth jumps. From the point of view of muscle mechanical properties, the centrifugal contractility of lower limb muscles is the primary factor that determines the athletes’ lower limb muscle explosive push ability. Abstract:Men's 110 meter hurdles are closely related to sports physiology. Therefore, firstly, sports physiology theory was discussed, then, the development of China's men's 110 meter hurdles project was analyzed, finally, through the method of mathematical statistics and from the perspective of sports physiology, Men's 110-meter hurdles were studied, so as to provide some reference for the continuous improvement of hurdle technology. The results show that the promotion of Chinese men's 110-meter hurdle movement should be appropriately increased from the distance, keep the low-arc trajectory of vacant movement and shorten the distance from the lower column.

Abstract:For athletes of different sports, their muscle activities in different sports will show different special characteristics according to different sports. The purpose of this paper is to study the technology of multi-information fusion and to study the athletes of the long jump competition. The relevant research on the muscle specific ability test methods of the athletes in the long jump competition is of great significance to the study of the long jump. This paper proposes a long jumper’s special muscle ability experiment, using the now very popular multi-information fusion technology, to conduct in-depth research on the biomechanics of the long jumper’s special ability of the take-off muscle, which can provide an effective scientific basis for the special ability level and special strength of the long jumper’s take-off sports. The results of the study show that the hip joint of the take-off leg produces greater hip extensor torque during the take-off action of long jump, and the active contraction ability of the knee flexor group is very important for taking off and avoiding damage to the posterior femoral muscle group. The change range of the pressure center is between 51.26% and 74.35%, which has great application value in actual training.

Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: Chinese martial art has a wide and deep history, and its routine passes are a particular artistic presentation. In exhibitions, choreography with jumping is highly appreciated. Empirically, it is believed that additional strengthening of the lower limbs may promote better results in the performances, but there are no reports in the scientific literature about such a statement. Objective: Verify the consequences of lower limb strength training on jumping ability in martial arts athletes. Methods: 30 first and second tier athletes from the professional women’s team of the Wushu Sports Management Center and Sports Bureau were selected as volunteers for the experimental research. The experiment lasted for three months. The characteristics of the development and change of strength of each muscle group in the knee joint of the athletes’ lower limb during the experimental training were detailed, and the commonly used means of lower limb strength training were found. Results: In strength training, the best means found were skipping steps and rapidly changing direction. The correlation coefficient between jumping and strength was 0.75. Conclusion: After the experiment, the maximum torque and the average power of the lower limb knee muscle groups of the three experimental groups increased in different ranges, which shows that the strength quality of the knee joint of the athletes increased during the suggested training. Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: In track and field events, the force generated by running, jumping, and throwing starts from the lower limbs and is transmitted from bottom to top, forming a complete dynamic chain. Objective: Study the effect of different combined strength training methods on the explosive strength of the lower limbs of track and field athletes. Methods: Twenty members of the track and field team were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups, A and B. Group A performed the maximum resistance training method, and group B performed the submaximal resistance training method and underwent 12 weeks of different combined strength training. Results: After 12 weeks of training, there was a significant difference in the results of the two groups of students in the approach run (male P=0.034, female P=0.021), and the results of experimental group B improved significantly. Conclusion: The maximum resistance training method can most effectively improve the explosive performance of the lower limbs of track and field practitioners. Abstract:The purpose of the study. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the link between running technique proficiency and long jump performance in 10 to 11-year-old elementary students. Materials and methods. A sample of 28 male students, aged 10 to 11 years, was selected for this study. A cross-sectional research design was utilized to investigate the relationship between basic running techniques and long jump performance in this demographic. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to assess the association between running methodologies and long jump effectiveness. The results of this analysis determined the strength and direction of the relationship between the two variables. Results. The analysis yielded a significant correlation coefficient of r= 0.917, with a p-value of 0.000<0.005, indicating a strong positive correlation. This finding suggests that students' skills in body alignment, arm swing, and leg coordination in running are closely related to their ability to generate the power, speed, and control necessary for superior long jump performance. Conclusions. This study provides empirical support for the claim that proficiency in fundamental running techniques, including body alignment, arm swing, and leg coordination, correlates significantly with improved long jump performance in 10 to 11-year-old elementary school students.

Abstract:The performance of ski jumping is underpinned by multi-disciplinary principles, in which the aerodynamics of the ski dominates the flying distance and affects the biomechanics of the athletes’ ankle during the flight period. Conventional research on this topic was supported by wind tunnel experiments. Here, the aerodynamics of a full-scale ski jumping ski was calculated via Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) methods and good agreement with experimental data was achieved. The impacts of the angle of attack, yaw angle, and roll angle on the aerodynamic performance are explained. The inclusion of yaw angle can enhance the lift generation, which originates from the formation of a tilted multi-vortex system and the induced low-pressure footprints on the upper surface of the ski. Our results thus establish a database for the aerodynamic forces and moments of the ski and the associations between our findings and the skills in ankle control are discussed.

In view of this, this paper mainly based on the energy supply characteristics of sprint in track and field, aiming at the shortcomings in the training process, discusses the countermeasures to deal with the problems in order to ensure the systematization and scientific nature of sports training. Influence of training background on jumping height

Abstract:The aim of this study was to compare the pattern of force production and center of mass kinematics in maximal vertical jump performance between power athletes, recreational bodybuilders, and physically active subjects. Twenty-seven healthy male subjects (age: 24.5 +/- 4.3 years, height: 178.7 +/- 15.2 cm, and weight: 81.9 +/- 12.7 kg) with distinct training backgrounds were divided into 3 groups: power track athletes (PT, n = 10) with international experience, recreational bodybuilders (BB, n = 7) with at least 2 years of training experience, and physically active subjects (PA, n = 10). Subjects performed a 1 repetition maximum (1RM) leg press test and 5 countermovement jumps with no instructions regarding jumping technique. The power-trained group jumped significantly higher (p < 0.05) than the BB and PA groups (0.40 +/- 0.05, 0.31 +/- 0.04, and 0.30 +/- 0.05, respectively). The difference in jumping height was not produced by higher rates of force development (RFD) and shorter center of mass (CM) displacement. Instead, the PT group had greater CM excursion (p < 0.05) than the other groups. The PT and BB groups had a high correlation between jumping height and 1RM test (r = 0.93 and r = 0.89, p < 0.05, respectively). In conclusion, maximum strength seems to be important for jumping height, but RFD does not seem relevant to achieve maximum jumping heights. High RFD jumps should be performed during training only when sport skills have a time constraint for force application.

Abstract:A mechanical model is proposed which quantitatively describes the dynamics of the centre of gravity (c.g.) during the take-off phase of the long jump. The model entails a minimal but necessary number of components: a linear leg spring with the ability of lengthening to describe the active peak of the force time curve and a distal mass coupled with nonlinear visco-elastic elements to describe the passive peak. The influence of the positions and velocities of the supported body and the jumper's leg as well as of systemic parameters such as leg stiffness and mass distribution on the jumping distance were investigated. Techniques for optimum operation are identified: (1) There is a minimum stiffness for optimum performance. Further increase of the stiffness does not lead to longer jumps. (2) For any given stiffness there is always an optimum angle of attack. (3) The same distance can be achieved by different techniques. (4) The losses due to deceleration of the supporting leg do not result in reduced jumping distance as this deceleration results in a higher vertical momentum. (5) Thus, increasing the touch-down velocity of the jumper's supporting leg increases jumping distance.

Abstract:The importance of research has crystallized in building obstacle running training in order to raise the special physical abilities of female runners in order to achieve success. Then we can find a training method that participates in raising the level of effectiveness for the better. The aim of the research is to identify the special physical abilities and to complete the 400 m hurdles for young women, as well as to Preparing hurdle-running exercises for the different stages of running, and identifying the effect of these exercises on specific physical abilities and achievement. The researcher used the experimental method by designing two equal control and experimental groups. The research population was determined intentionally from young female 100-meter runners, as the sample was divided into two groups, a control group and its number (4) Female runners and an experimental group (4). The experimental sample group was chosen by lottery from among (8) female runners. The training with this approach was correct and there was development in that effectiveness at the level of the experimental sample. This does not mean that the training of the control group was incorrect and no noticeable development occurred at the level of the control sample.
