Abstract:As the technology of intelligent substation is developed gradually, the significance of he Ethernet switch in the substation is obvious increasingly.Firstly, the learning and transmitting principle of Ethernet frame are introduced, then the network program of secondary system using the switch in the hierarchial structure is described. And then a detailed analysis of the VLAN, QoS, mirror and ring network is given, also the various technical application scheme are provided according to a variety of IED features and data flow characteristics. On the basis of the different business needs and different message types, the reasonable design of network topology and the flexible use of these switching technology , can support security, stability, reliable transmission of communication message in intelligent substation , therefore the whole substation becomes more strong.

Abstract:Rapid increase of campus network data in colleges leads to the continuous increase of server,which results in low use ratio of servers,complicated safety maintenance and data backup of the system and increase of administrative cost.Taking specific college campus network as an example,this paper discusses application of virtualization technology in campus network management based on analysis of current situation of campus network topology and application server.Based on that,it puts forward scheme of virtualized integration of existing servers.Application practice shows that campus network management with virtualization technology can increase use ratio of server resources,reduce data maintenance cost and improve management and operation level of campus network effectively.

Abstract:One of the sizzling regions of the networking systems is the VLAN technology. A VLAN permits network devices to be combined as virtual LANs in logical association rather than a physical association. In this paper, we have done critical analysis of VLAN. We have also seen the advantages of using VLAN as it helps to create multiple networks with one class of IP address, and by restricting inter-VLAN communication we can allow or deny the users from accessing a particular network. The basic need of implementing VLAN is the breaking of networks, and to better understand this, we have shown VLAN configuration on Cisco Packet Tracer. VLANs have various advantages, but in our study, we have found out that VLANs are used for many things which were not originally meant for it.

Abstract:Virtual local area networks (VLANs) are widely used in many enterprises, campuses, and data‐centre networks. Although VLANs can restrict broadcast domains and contain hosts in one network or separate networks, the management of VLANs is an ad hoc and error‐prone work. In this paper, we design and implement a centralized and semi‐automatic system for VLAN management (CSS‐VM). Based on the physical network topology and user group (examples are engineering, student cluster, and faculty cluster) information, CSS‐VM can decide the number of VLANs that each user group would be partitioned into. In addition, CSS‐VM can not only monitor the status of devices and links but can also calculate an optimal spanning tree for each affected VLAN after a link or device failure is detected, so that it does not need to enable the Spanning Tree Protocol on devices but still has the ability of converging from device or link failures and avoiding bridging loops. We have evaluated CSS‐VM on the topology and VLAN partition data of an operational enterprise network. Our results show that CSS‐VM can obviously keep the broadcast traffic cost reasonable, efficiently partition and configure VLANs, quickly converge from link and device failures, and intelligently make a balanced use of links. Abstract:According to the campus network speed and size characteristics,a high-performance gigabit firewall must be used in the protection of network security to meet the needs for the growing network bandwidth.A rational deployment and management of the firewall security strategy can protect the network security more effectively.With the firewall technology development,the high-end Cisco firewall module is installed directly in the exchange of modules, uses a virtual firewall technology,has not physical network port,but uses the VLAN connecting switches.Its configuration and management is different from the conventional firewall.So,in the planning and implementation,the overall safety and effectiveness of the management should be considered.Through the flexible use of firewalls,the campus network security can be further protected.

Therefore this paper based on the architecture of For CES to explore the implementation of the data plane virtualization and provide the framework for virtualization platform via the method. Meanwhile, in the premise of meeting the requirements which the virtual network packet has enough processing capacity. For the sake of solving the allocation of FE resource in virtual network (Forwarding Element, FE). To make the number of FE and the utilization of FE more reasonable. This paper puts forward a kind of FE resource allocation algorithm based on twice iteration subtraction. We use Click Modular Router as the data plane processing engine, then we give the virtual method to realize data plane and explain that supporting multiple virtual network and the virtualization of FE can provide more flexibility for processing data packets.

In this paper, we design and implement a centralized and semi-automatic system for VLAN management (CSS-VM). Abstract:In the context of rapid social progress, information and network technology are also in rapid development, and the current integrated routing/switching solution is the best application of MPLS technology, the reason is that it has its own unique advantages, that is, according to its own flexibility and simplicity of the characteristics of the IP path seamless link. Let the advantages of the switch and router perfectly merge. In general, IP technology has the characteristics of flexibility and scalability. When these characteristics are matched with the flow control and high-performance functions of ATM technology, the combination of the two is enough to be a hot topic in the current industry. The basic idea is to Label a data stream with a short Label. According to the label, the network node will know the characteristics such as the destination of the data stream and can complete the datagram forwarding after a series of processing. In this article through the thought of, in-depth studies are based on MPLS VPN technology in the construction of engineering efforts to complete the whole project, set out to solve the related technical problems of VPN based on MPLS technology platform, the platform based on MPLS technology of VPN technology ASIC project completion, the current society has put the chip into production. It lays a solid foundation for network operators in the construction of virtual private network. Nowadays, the main direction of VPN development is IP virtual private network (IP/VPN) based on MPLS. In this paper, the working principle and technical characteristics of MPLS VPN are briefly introduced, and three specific access methods of using MPLSVPN technology to build virtual private network of party school systems are introduced in detail.

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer network, the construction of campus network is the inevitable choice of the development of information network. The campus network system is a very large and complicated system. It is not only for modern teaching, integrated information management and oﬃce automation series of applications to provide basic operating platform, but also to provide a variety of application services, so that information can be timely and accurate delivery. The campus network construction in the application of network technology is the important branch of LAN technology to build and management. This paper introduces the goal of campus network design and the selection of network technology, network equipment selection and so on, and gives the concrete network topology diagram through the example of the campus network design and construction process. The study also explains how to plan the formation of campus network eﬃciently and safely.

Abstract:Starting from the wireless network architecture, this article expounds the concept and principle of VXLAN technology, and proposes a SDN wireless campus network construction scheme that uses distributed Vxlan gateway networking and a director controller. This solution realizes the decoupling of the control plane and the user plane. According to the user attributes, the label is automatically and uniformly issued and the strategy is issued. Users and terminals in the entire network can be connected to the wireless network at any time and at any location without any location restrictions. Network resources and network permissions are always consistent.
