Abstract:The resistance level of Myzus persicae( Sulzer) population collected from Dejiang, Changshun,Majiang,Meitan,Qingzhen and Xingren tobacco- planting areas in Guizhou,to six insecticides were determined by dipping method,and the cross- resistance among different insecticides of six aphid populations were analysised in this paper. The results showed that compared with the relative susceptible strain of M. persicae,all aphid populations developed a low or lower level of resistance to methomyl in Meitan. M. persicae developed a low level of resistance to avermectins in Changshun,other aphid populations were still suscepitable to avermectins. Aphid populations in Dejiang,Meitan and Qingzhen were developed a low level resistance to dimethoate,others were all in the sensitivity decline stage. M. persicae in all tobacco areas were still susceptible to acetamiprid, deltamethrin and imidacloprid. The cross- resistance ratio between acetamiprid and dimethoate was highest( 77. 4%). The cross- resistance ratio between methomyl and imidacloprid was lowest( 30. 11%).
