Abstract:According to the recent management of the chemical laboratory and the teaching,we present a series of measures and assumption of the reform in laboratory management and teaching systems.As a result,we can strenthen the laboratory construction,improve the quality of experimental teaching,and make the laboratory serve the teaching and scientific reseach better.

Abstract:Based on the discipline characteristic and situation of the safety management,the risk and complexity of the laboratory were analyzed.Oriented by the safety services,we learned from the advanced environmental,health and safety of management ideas,several measures are taken to promote laboratory safety management,such as the dangerous chemical management system,three level safety supervision,waste management,hardware protection.Especially,the dangerous chemical management system was established based on Internet + technology,and it speeded up the standardization and informatization of laboratory safety management greatly.The level of laboratory safe management was improved and it is supporting the teaching and scientific research and talent cultivation,as well as the development of the newly-built colleges.

This paper deals with the ways of teaching reform of Polymer Chemistry Experiment course, including how to motivate students＇ learning interest and innovative ability, how to develop comprehensive experiment course, how to incorporate experiment course with research works, and how to improve evaluation systems. Abstract:The reform and practice of the undergraduates' experiment teaching management in the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering are discussed.The experimental teaching center is constructed,which centralizes all laboratories separated in different majors and consolidates management for all experiment courses.So,high laboratory resource utilization efficiency and resource sharing are realized,and the laboratory staff can be greatly inspirited to research on experiment teaching and construct the laboratories.The improvement of the experiment teaching quality is thus expected.

Abstract:Several problems existing in the teaching of physical chemistry experiment were discussed.A series of suggestions for reform were also put forward, including improvement of teaching methods, optimization of teaching content and application of computer and enriching assessment system.Though these measurements, better teaching quality of the course and useful experience for further teaching reform can be achieved.Results showed that students` motivation to learn, ability to conduct the experiment and research ability could also be improved significantly.
