Abstract:In recent years,studies on the impact of internet on civil society in China become a heated field.We review present studies and point out their weaknesses here in a critical and reflective way.First,thanks to NGOs' contribution in 2008 Wenchuan great earthquake,many scholars overestimate the development of civil society in China;second,under western centrism and technological determinism,they simply interpret the internet as a platform for social forces to challenge the state;third,as to the issue of web public sphere,thinness of theoretical resources,inadequate inquiries of group polarization,and simplistic understanding of rationality in online discussion are major drawbacks.At last,to further the research,we propose some approaches:multiply theoretical foundations,shift research perspectives,explore new research methods and select proper methodology consciously and reflectively.

Abstract:With the constant development of modern information technology and reform of education concepts, more and more researchers have realized that understanding of the development status and trend of distance education helps to promote the development of distance education. But current analyses focus mainly on macroscopic aspects and seldom reflect details and changes during the statistical time. The bibliometric method is used to analyze core articles published in China on distance education macroscopically and microscopically, and the following findings are revealed: in China, distance education research has been in a relatively stable and mature stage of development; the research team has gradually been formed; research results have received high attentions from national and local governments and universities. However, current researches are more concerned about the technology, media and resources construction, while the research on teacher training, quality assurance is not enough. The highly productive author group hasn't come into being. Core authors work closely with their own groups, with less communication with other research teams, therefore the breadth and depth of cooperation should be strengthened.

The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has brought an unprecedented impact on education around the world, changing the traditional education model, promoting the vigorous development of online education, and giving birth to a new form of education. In this context, how to adapt to the changes of The Times, how to ensure the quality of education, how to ensure the steady development of education, is one of the most concerning issues in the world at present. Abstract:Against the backdrop of growing national strength and rapid economic development, the government has placed more emphasis on education. In recent years, remarkable achievements have been registered in terms of education in China, which lays a solid foundation for cultivating comprehensive professionally-trained personnel in the new era. However, the current education system is ridden with many setbacks and problems. This paper conducts an analysis of the specific conditions of education both at home and abroad, status quo of education in China, makes some reflections on the direction and measures of China's education reform based on the practical reality of education in China. Measures should be taken to inject personalities into the traditional, exam-oriented education system, which keeps pace with the new era. As is known to all, it's important to strike a balance between public education and non-government funded education in a scientific and reasonable manner. The overhauling of traditional education policies will pave the way for China's educational renaissance and realize the great blueprint of the Chinese dream.

Abstract:Abstract Against the background of “Internet plus,” western countries have taken a lead in modernizing educational management technology to fit the times. The application of education management technology in China is in a period of rapid development. There are certain differences between China and western countries. In order to adapt to the intelligent trend of contemporary education management reform and improve the national macro education management level, there should be cross-cultural thinking on the differences in the development of educational management technology capabilities between China and the West. Based on the literature analysis of Chinese and Western education management technology and education management theory, and based on the research data of 8 domestic colleges and universities education management technology, we explored the development differences between China and the West in teaching evaluation, multimedia teaching, and teaching decision-making. The results showed that ideology, national conditions and technology are the main influencing factor of the differences in the development of educational management technology capabilities between China and the West. We need to create a cross-cultural education concept conflict, cross-cultural perspective to re-plan the teacher’s positioning, and fundamentally change the concept of teachers to accept Western education management models in China. The application proportion of education management technology should be allocated based on the actual teaching situation, to increase the teaching utilization rate of multimedia equipment, and reduce unnecessary multimedia teaching. Data-driven intelligent teaching decision-making technology should be developed to guide teaching behavior scientifically and efficiently. Finally, we should construct a modern management system in line with national conditions, as well as narrow the gap between Chinese and western educational management.

Abstract:With the development of the times, both international Chinese education and traditional Chinese medicine have ushered in not only great potential development opportunities, but also various challenges. Traditional Chinese medicine culture has gradually gained international recognition, and many foreign students are now choosing to study traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the development of international Chinese education needs to embody traditional Chinese medicine culture teaching, which can promote the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, encountering problems such as cultural differences ensue the need for improving the teaching system, which lacks teaching practice. On this basis, strategies such as exploring the teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine culture, cultivating a team of high-quality international Chinese teachers, and creating experience courses with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine culture have been put forward, so as to enhance the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine culture and promote the development of international Chinese education.
