Toxicity and Safety Evalution of Amicarthiazol·Thiram·Acephate 18.6% Suspension Seed Coating to the Environmental Biology

Abstract:[Methods] The LD50 of acute toxicity test was carried out in the experiments.The acute toxicity and environmental safety evaluation assay was researched on quails,silkworms,bees and zebrafishes against amicarthiazol·thiram·acephate 18.6% suspension seed coating.[Results] The result showed that the LD50 value was 314 mg/kg(male) and 278 mg/kg(female) against quails at the treatment time of 7 d,was 40.2 mg/L against silkworms at the treatment time of 96 h,was 4.74 mg/L against bees at the treatment time of 48 h,was 0.783 mg/L against zebrafishes at the treatment time of 96 h.[Conclusions] The results indicated that amicarthiazol·thiram·acephate 18.6% suspension seed coating was moderate toxicity to quails and silkworms.It was highly toxicity to bees and zebrafishes.But amicarthiazol·thiram·acephate 18.6% suspension seed coating was usually used for be coated and there was very long time from sow the seeds in the ground to blossom,therefore it was safety to bees.Moreover,it was highly toxicity to zebrafishes,when amicarthiazol·thiram·acephate 18.6% suspension seed coating was used in fields,it should be avoided strictly the pesticide liquid pouring into river.
