Quantitative Investigation on Colostrum Secretes Quantity in Different Childbirth Way

Abstract:【Objective】To research the different childbirth way's colostrum secretes quantity. 【Methods】To chose c-section and vagina childbirth parturient women each 300 examples,surveys two group of parturient women post-natal milk secrete starting time,1~5 days of milk secretion quantity and the level of prolactin,contrasts two groups of parturient women breast feeding situation. 【Results】Two groups women milk starting time was post-natal 4 hours and 15 hours;The post-natal 2nd day prolactin level of the c-section group parturient women was lower than the those of vagina childbirth group;The post-natal 1~5 days milk quantity 50th percentile of vagina childbirth group were 40,80,90,108 mL and 167 mL,the c-section group respectively were 30,68,90,110 mL and 115 mL. 【Conclusions】To compare the vagina childbirth,the c-section post-natal milk secretion starting time is early,the level of prolactin is low,but the milk secretion quantity do not have the remarkable difference;The partial newborns need other suitable supplement outside mother's milk in 1~2 days.
