Abstract:The problem concerning the character structure composition and the theoretical hypothesis of initial character structure formation conditions are presented in this paper.The workings of character structure change are analyzed.That is,a new character structure is changed and formed on the basis of the original character structure and through addition or subtraction of a certain element,or amelioration of a certain element quality,and rearrangement of the place and role of the element in the structure is realized.Also,four factors such as proactive factor,time factor,strength factor and adjacency factor,which contribute to the formation of the new structure,are analyzed,and the role played by university moral education in the change of the character structure is dealt with.
